They are open late! Please check this winery/ brewery out! It's so cute! They do wine & beer flights and obviously drinks by the glass.
They have a limited snack menu, but do have options to order snacks. They have a really cute outdoor sitting area as well as indoor sitting books.
I got a wine flight and my husband got a beer flight. I was shocked at how flavorful their wines are! Do yourself a favor and try the Java Port & the Tropical turtle.
They have all sorts of adorable gift items for sale here too. You can even enjoy some pleasure reading (winery cats).

Had a great time!!! The atmosphere here is warm and cozy, the staff is helpful and very attentive, and the wine is delicious! My mother and I tried their selection of sweet wines. The presentation was beautiful. I loved the small glasses each one came in. The samplers were very affordable. ~$1.25 for each sample. We tried the holiday hooch, the bliss, the cherry pie, and the sangria (reg and sparkling). All were very delicious. My mother liked the sangria (sparkling) and I loved the bliss. A really cool place to chill and relax I enjoyed two samples one of the double black and the other of the Mutiny. I ended up with the glass of the Mutiny with a couple of pretzels with buffalo dip and leaving with a growler of the Mutiny next time I'll have the Black Beard. Thank for the hospitality Coop Winery.

What a cute little spot! The prices are not bad at all and the little finger foods were delish. There is enough space to have folks spaced out a bit and there are plenty choices to pick from to drink from beers to sweet wines. I enjoyed a wine sampler and hubby enjoyed a beer sampler. We also had the soft pretzel with cheesy onion dip and chips with buffalo chicken dip. We really enjoyed the ambiance and the experience.

My wife found this gem hidden near the post office. Not much to look at from the outside but once you go inside you'll be amazed. Warm and comfy with a great selection of beer and wine all made on site. The staff was friendly and very helpful and provided an explanation of each of their beers. We had the Southern Grit and the Double Black Stout and thought they tasted great!! The wine selections were equally outstanding.... Try the Cranberry Cobbler. We will definitely be back and are already planning our next trip!

Smaller brewery, but such a great time. Don't miss this one! Also a great winery. My wife had a wine flight with many sweeter wine choices , liked the "Black Beary"" best, I liked the "Tropical Turtle", a coconut wine with a slight lime after. My fight was the Copp beers. All were great! I liked the "Blood Red Creamsicle" best. The flavor was unmistakable, but still was definitely a beer. The brewer was also able to talk with us about the process for this brew, and, lucky us, he was an owner. Very comfortable, friendly and knowledgeable staff, soft music. We were in town to meet up some family & friends. First time here, but I already love this winery & brewery! Their beers are good, and their wines are excellent. I ended up buying 4 bottles of wine before we left since this place is 2 hours away from our house. They will be relocating soon, but they will still be in Crystal River. Can't wait to check out their new location! Oh! We also tried their hot spinach & artichoke dip which came with tortilla chips... that was yummy! All of the employees were very nice. Highly recommend this place.

Came in with a group of 6 and had great service and drinks. The few appetizers we had were tasty, and they have a nice selection of beer and wine. I only tried the beer this visit, but looking forward to going back for the wine as other members of our group enjoyed their wine flights. They have a nice outdoor area that would probably be lovely once the weather cools down.

This place. It’s phenomenal. From the owner, to the brews and the atmosphere to the food, this place is an incredible experience.
My husband tried all the beer (that’s crafted on site) and I tasted most all of the wines. It’s worth the stop for the fruit wines alone, however they are all masterfully crafted. We had a pretzel with cheesy onion dip and talked to a few locals at the bar. It was the best night of our vacation so far (and no, it’s not our first night!).

Came up here for a weekend and Copps was a highly recommended stop by many locals we met! The beer and wine flights they have are amazing! The craft beer flavors taste great with a wide variety. We ended up buying 3 bottles of wine!
The inside of Copp is so inviting! Very nice layout!
Mel and the entire staff is very welcoming and provides some great hospitality! They are all very knowledgeable of what they provide.
I look forward to returning here to try some of their drink options when we return to Crystal River!

We found this place on Yelp! and it turned out to be a highlight of our stay in Crystal River. It is a winery and brewery that serves their own wine and beer and they have a limited food menu.
Their wine flights are 4 wines of your choice that are 1 ounce pours for only $4. The beer flights are 4 beers of your choice, 4 oz pours for $6. This is such a bargain and we had two different wine and beer flights and a very nice reuben sandwich.
The staff was very attentive and helpful and she sat down with us to tell us about the wines and beers and it was a delightful evening.

The best tasting & most well rounded brewery on our BreweryAndBeachTour of the Florida gulf coast. After a few days sampling 15 or so local Tampa breweries, we stopped in to see what Copps was all about.
We were "blown-away-surprised"! My mate & I's experience - UNFORGETTABLE. Copp is about GREAT BEER!
Each individual selection of beer, from the Milk Stout Porter to the New Zealand IPA, carried its origin of taste across your palate - the ESB had that malty-earth tone of an England Pub; the Brown is expectantly nutty with a malty-smooth finish; and the King's Bay

What a great example of craft brewing. They don't pretend to have a great food menu, as they serve mainly appetizers and a couple of sandwiches. They put their energy into their wine and beer.
They have a great selection of beer, so I would suggest getting their sample flight. Four to a beers of your liking. A great way to try a few beers at once. I order of what I like:
1. Double Black
2. Maple Stout
3. Toffee Coffee - hint of toffee with a strong coffee
4. Centerfield - similar to Yeungling
All 4 were very good and I would drink each again.
They also offer pints, 32oz and 64 oz growlers

The lady was Knowledgeable, intuitive and customer getting what they want is her end goal: she was a driven leader. I must assume an owner.
I typically don't care for craft beer. The brew master and I are aligned from the dark to hoppy to the sissy starter beer. All very well done and priced far below market. Crash this joint if you have a chance.

Small tasting room in a remodeled house. Lots of wine choices in red, white and even a few sweet wines. I had a flight and ended up buying three of the wines! They also have craft beer, which my husband liked. He also had a flight, had two favorites and he took home a growler of one of them. We had snacks that were tasty. Would definitely recommend.

We have heard from a lot of people that this is a great place. We finally set aside time to come in. I am not a beer drinker. Typically like my bourbon, I tried the sampler, double black, mud flats, toffee, and Coco loco. The toffee was my favorite but way to many different flavors for me to process. I tried a sweet wine the citrus manatee. I guess if your into wine you will of course know more than I do. I liked the citrus manatee mainly cause the temperature was well right there....not to cold but not warm. Again I am not into wine, this surprised me and I found myself downing glasses of it!

Super fun place, right near the drop off for the manatee swim. They have a brewery too, and the beers were pretty good, very wide selection, impressed with the IPA. We got to meet the owner, he was super nice to us. Wish I had brought my growler! I tasted a few wine while I was waiting for one of my friends in the bathroom, and I wasn't a huge fan, everything was super sweet.

Like everyone else has said, Copp is a true hidden gem of the Citrus County area. The beer and wine are great quality, prices are easy, and the atmosphere creates a perfect night.
My girlfriend and I frequent Copp a lot. We're big on local beer and wine, and this place is one of our favorites to enjoy.
