This was an aweful experience at a very sad time for my family. My father passed away. They told us we had to have him embalmed even though he was getting cremated. Not true. They told us we had to buy an urn. Not true. They told us that my mother had to view the body. Not true. They would not speak up to my hearing impaired mother. They charged us for all of this. Do not use this funeral home.

They tried to charge us over double what the other funeral homes charged for a simple cremation of our loved one. After we said we were taking his body somewhere else, they started coming down in price and yet still charging us for a viewing that never really happened. The entire had not been notified and the day of his death a very few family got to see his remains but they charged for a full viewing. They ended up completing it at less then half the price they quoted first. We would never use them again. Heartless, greedy people!!!!
