We had every window replaced in our house. From quote through installation, we were very pleased with the detail, care, and ease. Initially, we weren't sure if we wanted to replace panes of glass or entire windows. During Petr's walk through, he explained which windows would work to have individual panes replaced versus which were not salvageable. He also carefully explained how installation would work given newer windows aren't as deep so spacers would be inserted to make up the difference. His quote then showed the cost of replacing individual panes where possible versus the entire

Received glowing reviews from neighbors and requested a quote, for both my home and the next door neighbor. After a week of back and forth of questions they had for me in order to provide a quote they went silent. No response to phone message. Was emailed finally saying the only person who provides quotes was on vacation. Another week gone by....still nothing. I guess business must be good, but please tell clients if you're not interested in following up.

Very professional. On time, completed the job at a fair price. Petr was well informed on products available and advised me on what to purchase for the best quality to cost ratio. Petr advised me there was a waiting time as my product was assembled and kept me informed as the install date grew closer.

We had our skylights installed 3 years ago. The service is the best. Recently, the roof cleaning company damaged our foam sealer and I called Petr for help. If they are booked you will not get any headway. "One call does it all" is not the case. I requested a estimator for 5 windows and a door, and they did not want to come out for an estimate, and suggested I send an email with the project. I sent a fairly detailed request with window sizes to Nick. Then stopped by their Issaquah showroom to speak with him in person. I followed up with a more specific email that included Milgard models that they sell. He said they would get back to me after he spoke with the estimator. Never got a followup call or email from Nick or an estimator.

Replacing windows had always been a nightmare. Who can you trust? I found Window Fellas and the process was really great. It started with Petr's presentation and then his attention to detail on every window to be replaced. We did nineteen windows including a garden window and some odd shaped ones (triangles that are high near the ceiling). This is an older home and not everything is standard even though first appearance says it is. Andy and Mike arrived, surveyed the house, and started installation. Those two are outstanding craftsmen. They listened to my future "Honey Do Projects" like refinishing

Professionally, I deal with troubled construction projects. So when it came to completely replacing all the windows and skylights at our rental unit that out Daughter and Husband will eventually buy, having the project done on a quality yet competitively installed basis were the two essential points. Ive been shopping around the bellevue area for windows and i gotta say i did not know anything about windows when I started. I have had several company's come out and bid my window replacement job and by far I liked window fellas above and beyond the competition. When picking a installer it really comes down to the type/brand of windows you want. I ended up wanting Milgard fiberglass windows so I targeted company's that could purchase and install this type of window.

Five slider windows in our house gave out with broken seals, so we needed replacement. Window Fellows is an outstanding team - sharp-minded, detail-oriented, professional and courteous, efficient and skilled. I had been looking for someone to replace three windows in a skywall. Most contractors would not even touch it. Luckily I found Window Fellas. Petr was excellent to work with. From first inspection, to ordering the windows to installation took 1 month. I had been trying to find a contractor to do this work for 3 years. Petr and Window Fellas were very responsive, the work performed was great and they cleaned up everything before they left. A top notch professional, and courteous working group.

Window Fellows replaced 11 windows, 1 skyline, 1 entry door and 1 patio door. And the price was awesome. Let’s put this way, total cost was less than the quote from Anderson Windows for just 11 windows.
They are awesome team. They always come on time. Clean and courteous.
The final product is awesome. Inside & outside molding was installed beautifully. Front door looks like million dollars. What a service
