United Martial Arts Center is amazing for pre-schoolers and young children. Our Dragons Martial Arts Program for students from ages two and a half to six has been specifically designed to meet both the physical and mental needs of growing children. This Martial Arts Program has helped our youngest students develop to focus, coordination, balance while they're having the time of their lives.

We teach our students in this age group the skills they need to succeed, while they learn to protect themselves. Our system and teaching methods are simply life-transforming.

We teach them how to stay focused on beneficial goals like getting good grades, responsibility, and a maintaining a positive selfimage, while they learn more advanced methods of self defense, how to deal with bullying, as well as how to avoid negative peer pressure!This Program leads directly into our Teen & Adult Program.

Let me start by saying.. if you are thinking about signing up for classes at UMAC, you are making one of the best decisions possible. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place AND Shihan. A coworker of mine recommended this place for my nephew, and I will forever be grateful for that. When my 5 year old was showing that he had issues with focus & concentration Martial Arts was recommended to me. I found myself at UMAC signing him up for a summer special. 2 days later I signed myself up because I was so impressed. Three years later I signed my daughter up at 3 years of age.

Had a birthday party here for my daughter, who is not a student here, and they still treated her like a VIP. The party was absolutely amazing! Shihan and Alex (husband and wife owners, so cute!) did a fantastic job keeping the kids active and interested from the beginning all the way until the last minute. It was the best time and my daughter's favorite part, by far, was cutting the cake with a samurai sword. They made her feel so special.

I have to say UMAC is one of the best martial arts schools around. I can not say enough about this great family oriented dojo. Shihan Andrew and Sempai Alex are really great with kids. They are patient and teach the kids discipline and confidence what is especially important for young ones these days. My son Logan loves to go there and looks forward to his classes! It feels like a "karate family" instead of a business. I couldn't have chosen a better place. You definitely won't be disappointed here!

There are not enough positive words to express how my family feels about UMAC. Foremost, Shihan Andrew Stigliano is a remarkable person. His knowledge, morals, compassion, and dedication, are just a few of his qualities that make him an outstanding teacher and role model. So glad we joined. Shihan Andrew Stigliano and Alexandria Stigliano are very professional, friendly and very welcoming. They teach more than just martial arts here, great morals to live by and Dr the kids to learn. They are very patient with teaching which makes training here not stressful and makes you strive to do better. Everyone who trains here are friendly and helpful, making every class enjoyable. I stArted sending my 5 year old here about 7 months due to attention issues. In that short time his ability to pay attention has dramatically improved.
He is not only getting physical activity, but he is learning real life applications of self defense.
He is learning valuable lessons like things in life must be earned, not given.
The staff (husband & wife) are top notch. As owner/operators they take pride in their work & product.
Lastly outside of class they have educational days, that they make fun for the kids. Anti-Bullying day, lightsaber night, nerf day. The kids find them fun, but

The best Martial Arts program - hands down! My son has been going here for about 5 years, and I am always impressed with the professionalism, caring and dedication of the staff. Shihan Andrew has put together a very well-rounded program, including grappling, sparing, and weapons forms. They encourage and motivate the younger kids with games and awards, and the positive energy can be felt as soon as you walk in the door. They don't just teach martial arts, but the values of respect, responsibility, discipline, and honesty, and there is a strong emphasis on self respect and working had to achieve
