Professional oil changes are done by a certified technician while you wait in our comfortable lounge area.
Per car, Per license plate. Membership is processed to the customers credit card and is charged on the anniversary of the date you signed up for the Monthly Wash Club each month. Membership automatically renews each month (on the same day of the month of your initial sign-up) on the credit card of your choice.
Your organization receives 50% profit on all the Car Wash Booklets sold. No minimum amount needed. This is a perfect fundraiser for any school event, church, temple, organization, charity group and works well for any time of year. Big Ed's will donate 50% of sales from the wash booklets purchased for your organization.

The drying job was so rushed. I was the only person at the whole car wash. literally. no one in the wash, no other car was being dried. idk what their big rush was. so the drying job should have been perfection. spots all over the mirrors, the back, the sides. just not worth the $

This place is trash! While cleaning they leave the window open and got the interior wet while going through the tunnel. Every other time they don't wipe properly and ALL the time they leave the windows worst than what I started with. Please dont try to talk to the owner about the problem, he will call his son and will both tag team you in the best gaslighting of the year by making you think it was your fault the wash wasn't don right. Don't waist you money. This place is classless

I wasn't happy at all. It wasn't even busy when I went and the guys didn't clean the cup holders and my dashboard. I purposely bought the silver package so they can clean it nice and also spray perfume. I asked one of the employees if had sprayed perfume in my car and said, IF YOU DON'T SMELL IT YOU CAN ALWAYS BUY MORE INSIDE. To my taste, that was really rude. I've been to the car wash many times and I always gave them the benefit of the doubt on a busy day, but not anymore.

What’s the purpose of washing your car only if you have watermarks and dirt left behind. I have been here 4 times and each time the service gets worse. First the prices are ridiculously expensive and choosing a higher package does not they will clean your car any better than the base package. They don't clean the insides well at all nor dry the outsides properly. My last time there was Saturday March 20th they cleaned my car with dirty wet rags they used to clean the two previous cars before me. I had to call them back because they failed to dry off the car properly. I had watermarks all over

As many people experience this week, I have to drive 6 hours with my In-laws. I have 2 dogs and work out of my truck and after a wash and interior detailing you would think I bought my truck today. The guys at Big Ed's did a fabulous job. The owner sat and chatted with me while I waited for them to finish making me feel like the most important person he saw that day, in all the staff was friendly and engaging and I will definitely be back again.

Big Eds car wash really went above and beyond for us. Our van was a mess paint and gum in the upholstery. They gave us it back in mint condition. They care about what they do. Their staff is friendly just a amazing experience.

Originally I was very happy with the car wash, I thought my car came out very clean. I get home and the next day I notice scratches all over the entire car. They are all over the roof and in other areas that wouldn't be possible for another car to have hit me while I was parked or anything like that. Some of the scratches are deep and will not buff out. Be careful going here!

I paid for the Gold was $25. Poorly vacuumed, floors and seats both were not very good. They didn't wipe the inside doors, touch the cup holders or even move the fold down seat tray between the seats in the back so they could vacuum underneath. Was trying to treat my son to a nice car wash. Was 2pm on a Tuesday so not crowded either. Would not recommend.

Love this car wash. The inside alone is a total vibe! and really they do a great job. I have the monthly membership which honestly saves me so much money since I like to keep my car clean and I can literally come any time I want, my car is flawless thanks to this place!!

I had been eyeing this place and finally took my car today. I was very pleased with the results. There was no line which was nice. I like that the different plans and options are presented well. The inside were you weight is very clean and big. The young girl who rung me up was polite and professional. My car was super clean with pollen and had a green film on it. It came out super clean. They did a great job dusting the inside and vacuuming those little nooks and crannies. My mats I was super impressed with. Usually they don't do a good job at most places but this place did a perfect job

Went on Saturday, May 1, 2021 and I was extremely disappointed about my car wash. It was inconsistent with other vehicles and when I approached one of the works, he said it was already done. I’m not going back and I wouldn’t recommend someone to go there. I’ve been going since they opened up but this was unacceptable to me. I would post photos, but it’s not letting. If I get a chance to do it, I’ll update it with photos.

Below average car wash for $21.
The interior wasn't well vacuumed. The cup holders weren't even touched.
I also had this tough stain on the driver side door. Instead of actually trying to remove the stain, they just overlooked it. Even if I had to pay more, the objective of the car wash was to remove the stain.
Very confused as to why they thought it was just okay to leave it there.
Overall, don't waste your time.

When this place opened they did an awesome job on your vehicle. I mean really did an awesome job. In the years since service has continued to decline rapidly. Inside of the vehicle is barely vacuumed, inside cup holders not cleaned, seats not vacuumed, windows left with streaks from dirty rags. And don't waste your money on the higher tiers, the guys washing don't check the ticket, the inside is always left piss poor. Look at the recent reviews, I'm obviously not alone here

This car was is a joke 21$ for silver. No idea how its legal to charge 21$ for such a bad car wash. Poor vacuum job, streaks on every window. Water spots all over the cars, tire shine gone in 20min after wash since its not done properly. Never again will i even think about coming here. Its def the worse value i have ever gotten at any car wash ever.

Grab some popcorn. Then come to my house the corner I'll spray your car down with my garden hose and use my dirty laundry to wipe it dry for a fraction of what this place charges. Went there a second time giving them the benefit of doubt since my first horrible experience was a free wash with my oil change. (Hmm now that I think about it did they even change my oil?). I chose the gold package since we just had a winter storm and wanted to clean the car of salt and whatnot. First off if this is what the gold package looks like then I could only imagine what full service or bronze package looks

So, I had my car in storage for literally 18 months in my driveway for my daughter to use when she turned 18 .
Besides needing a new battery , rotors , complete oil change , power door lock, the car was as filthy dirty as one can imagine . This car was a bright red mini cooper....In perfect condition .... But sitting in my driveway for 18 months without being used even once was a bad mistake .
When the mini went to Big Ed's Car Wash for a detail job, it looked really terrible both inside and out . Did I mention there was black Mildew living inside the car ? Did I say that the car smelled

Ed and the team at Big Ed's Car Wash take care of my baby every week like clock work.
Ive also had them detail my last 2 vehicles multiple times. They always leave me speechless.
Not did they just do an amazing job they were super polite and professional.

I am a monthly member and when I first joined they would use the air hose to blow out any water from the places that were hard to get to. Now they hardly if ever do this. And today I went in and my car came out dirtier than it went in. It wasn't busy at all and the guys didn't even get dry towels to dry the car. So the result were windows that I could hardly see out of when the sun hit it. The quality has slipped dramatically. Thinking about going to another place as this is unacceptable. Plus their web site has a "contact us" place but when you hit the link it brings you

I'm 9 months pregnant and my husband is an essential worker in Manhattan who doesn't have time to clean out my car right now... he gets a pass :) I want my car extremely clean & sanitized before the baby arrives- can't be too careful with a newborn during a pandemic!

I am lucky enough to live right around the block from this place. I get my car washed and oil changes here. The staff is always so nice and friendly. The oil changes are quick with decent pricing. My car always comes out shiny and beautiful. I have a big white dog so my interior is usually a mess of white fur everywhere. They always vacuum and take care of it for me. Five stars and beyond.

This place is absolutely the WORSE car wash I've been to in a while. Granted my car was dirty but you wouldn't expect for a car to come out dirty AFTER you bring it to a car wash.
The customer service is weird! When I went inside to pay there was a young woman collecting the payments. Sitting down, collecting payments. So because she was sitting down I had to hunch over the counter to pay her. Which isn't even the biggest issue.
The machine that put the tire wet on your tires were HORRIBLE. Tires were STILL DIRTY and even had suds on it

Just paid $150 dollars for a full interior detail which includes shampoo of carpets I even paid extra $50 for headliner to be cleaned. So beside the shampoo job the rest was ok. They did not get as detailed as I wanted and I had a feeling that they didn't because it says the process was gunna take 2-3 hours and they called me within 1 hour and 25 min. I am headed there now to see what they can do.

When your car is in need of some good cleaning, Big Ed's Car Wash is top notch. We've only been here a few times when we visit family in the area but it's pretty much become our go-to car wash because we've had nothing but exceptional experiences each time. Cost is pricey but you get what you pay for--good quality service.
Our last visit we got the Diamond package (aka most expensive), which is like a mini detailing. When you have 2 littles and you've neglected cleaning your car for almost half a year, you know a deep clean is an absolute necessity.
