Hi, my name is Alex. I live in the Charlotte area and I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.S. in Economics. I decided to stay in Charlotte because I love the city and all it has to offer. I started fixing iPhones after breaking my own and successfully repairing it.
Smart phones are made up of two thin layers, a glass screen and Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screen. The glass screen is responsible for protecting, viewing and operating your screen. The LCD screen is important for quality display and touch-response. Smart devices integrate touch screen usability with high resolution.

Needed a screen replacement for an iPhone 11. Texted them on a Saturday and the service was done the following Monday. Great price, comes to you, and was done in about 20 minutes. They also installed a free glass screen protector. Service is just as advertised. I'll probably use them again if I need a screen replacement in the future but I hope that I won't need one!

I’m so very happy to have been referred to Alex. I ran over my phone with a car 🤦🏻♀️ and surprisingly it still worked other than the entire front glass...kind of necessary. While he was fixing my phone he noticed the screen of my son’s iPad was cracked as well and fixed that on the spot. Alex provided convenient, fast, and very affordable service! I haven't left a review in years but felt compelled to do so with Alex because of how satisfied I was with the service. Alex fixed my phone, my wife's phone, and my brother's phone - both our screens and batteries - while I was in town visiting my brother. He was incredibly professional, did an excellent job, was extremely responsive before showing up, did an amazing job explaining what was wrong with our phones, and charged a very reasonable price that was incredibly cheaper than getting it done at the store.
