I took my sons phone and play station 4 to this business to have fixed. My sons play station was sounding like an helicopter fixing to take off. We were told it would take 3 to 10 days. I called on the 8th day and was told to call back later that afternoon and he would tell me how much it would cost to fix the play station and tell me what is wrong with my sons phone. Was not able to call back that day, so I called back the next day, again was told he would call me later that day and tell me what it would cost to fix the play station and the phone. Never received a call so I just went there

They claimed they fixed my computer. No they didn't. They said I needed a mother board. I didn't. I just needed the audio portal fixed. I paid $128.40 for nothing. I complained to my charge card and after a while I was notified that they indeed did fix my computer. I have since taken my computer to best buy and they had it fixed in a day. I just needed the audio portal adjusted. So I ended up paying for a service they never did. Never again!!

I was looking for someone to fix my son's PlayStation 4. One day it just stopped reading the discs. I came across Gamer EMT on a Facebook post and decided to give them a try. Boy was that a great decision the customer service was excellent and they were fast. I took the PlayStation in on a Friday morning and picked it up on Saturday morning I will definitely be using Gamers EMT for any of my electronic needs.

I have not had them do any work for me but won't because when I called them to asked them if they sold or know who sold tri-wing screw driver (which is need to open any nintendo product), they didn't even know what I was talking about and made zero attempts to help me. Just their lack of basic knowledge and poor customer service makes it hard for me to believe they know what they are doing.
