I will never, ever be using this lab again. Never following lab instruction! I had to send lab back multiple times because lab technician never reads the instruction and does everything as however they please. ridiculous.

This company created what was supposed to be a permanent crown for me through my dental office... three times it was molded incorrectly. Four months later, I still do not have a permanent crown and have to continue going back. Very upset with this company for wasting my valuable employment time, wasting my money, and causing me additional unnecessary dental visits! Plus, they make my dentist look bad. Bah!
