I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. William R. Phillips. I checked in at the front desk and everyone was so friendly and I only waited about 5 minutes before I was called back. Dr. Phillips is very knowledgable, friendly, and very informative. I immediately felt at ease and scheduled my dental implant surgery. I had NO PAIN and NO SWELLING. Thank you to Dr. Phillips and staff for taking such great care of me. Dr. Phillips is one of the BEST Oral surgeons in the DFW area!!

Now a repeat implant patient of Dr Phillips and PCOMS a quick and easy decision even if I didn’t really relish the thought of having my second procedure in as many years. The professionalism of the entire team as well as friendliness and concern for your comfort and well being as a patient is demonstrated by everything they do as soon as you enter their care. I can’t recommend them more highly.

Went for Wisdom Teeth consultation, consultation experience was good however I found Park Cities practice was disingenuous and dishonest about letting me know that my insurance is out of network. I called and checked with them before making appointment and it was not told me that my insurance is out of network moreover after consultation when estimates were given for wisdom teeth extraction at that time also they did not tell and it was intentional. I only got to know when I called my insurance provider. So please check with your insurance provider before making the visit.

I love everyone at Park Cities Oral Surgery, Dental Implants and Wisdom Teeth! I have had several procedures throughout the years. They are so accommodating and professional. I have never been disappointed. Dr Phillips is by far the BEST oral surgeon in the DFW area. He is kind and very knowledgeable. The location is great too! From start to finish this clinic is SO SEAMLESS. From the care of the front desk administration getting you in ASAP, along with the easy access to new patient paperwork online. And I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Phillips and his team in the back!! So kind and caring and just do an overall great job about making you feel comfortable! Had an amazing experience at Park Cities Oral Surgery. I am a squeamish dental patient with lots of anxiety about any dental procedure. But I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. I was well taken care of by very competent and friendly staff. Dr. Phillips called me at home after my procedure to make sure I was OK and his office staff followed up a week later. They show such care for their patients. Highly recommend.

Dr. Phillips is best Oral Surgeon I have ever met! I had 3 dental implants done in Dec 2020, I was very nervous because I have had dental implants done in the past by another dentist and they failed and I was very hesitant on giving anyone a chance. Dr. Phillips and his team are so professional and thorough. Not only was I nervous because of my past experience but also because of having to take my mask off in public for a procedure but Dr. Phillips and his team keep their office clean and today my implants are successful and ready for crowns. Was referred for extraction and implant. everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. Extraction went exactly as explained, Dr. Phillips made me feel very much at ease. Had very little pain after surgery and the whole process was seamless. Have to return to have implant stud installed, and cap placed, but I'm sure it handled smoothly and well. Great job by all. I would recommend the practice.
