My friend recommended this place cuz no accepted my uber request for a ride to the local airport. I made the reservation got confirmation on ride & price. Well the ride was a cab, it was on time and the price was 1.5x more than quoted. Also the website says discount 4 paying cash which I did, but no discount. I wouldn't use them again as the price is $10 more than other cabs pre-tip.

OC taxi gave us a ride to LAX on July 21 at 5 AM. The driver was on time ,was extremely courteous and a very good and safe driver. He seems like a very hard-working young man! If you ever need a taxi driver I would recommend OC taxi for anybody!

I want to thank MY OC TAXI for providing me such excellent service , I WAS IN RUCH TO WORK and I had a car problem at 5:00 AM and they picked me up in short notice they were so friendly, clean, reasonable and they have the most decent cars ever .

I do not recommend this company, the operator was the rudest person i have ever dealt with. We called for a taxi service for a guest for our company , we were told it would be a 20-30 min wait after 50 min i called back and was re assured the taxi was three minutes away, after 30 min i called back and kept getting no response, after my 5th call i tried a blocked number and the girl picked up , obviously by that it was clear she was dodging our companies number. After i canceled the service she responded with nothing but a dial tone. Then i called the second number listed online and ordered a new

I just used this taxi service today for the first time. The customer service was great. The lady who answered the phone was great. She was very personable and made sure I felt at ease. The driver was just as friendly. He got there in the estimated time frame and even helped me with my bags. I would use this service again.

Awesome! They arrived within 5 minutes, which is amazing because EVERY Taxi Service I have used in the last year either does not show up, arrives over an hour late or is rude. I booked on-line the evening before my trip. When I called early the next morning to re-confirm, they couldn't find my reservation number. They said it would take a long time to find a driver to pick me up in Huntington Beach, so, I drove to the airport myself.

I never had any problems with this company. They always showed on time and the taxi drivers are friendly and very professional. I call this company all the time and never got disappointed. The rates are fair, very comfy cabs and now they are my official cab drivers. I am no longer calling other companies. I highly recommend My OC Taxi. People needs to understand that sometimes they get very busy. They never left me waiting. Sometimes I just end the call and in five minutes they are in my door. I am a very satisfied customer.

They should have zero stars.
First time I used them the guy couldn't find my house. I had to walk down the block to find him. Um, google maps? Then he missed a turn on his own GPS which caused me to arrive late.
Second time I used them, they never showed up and then hung up on me when I call to find out where they were.

These guys no showed on my 78 year old father this morning, Christmas Eve day, for his trip to John Wayne Airport. He stood outside in the cold from 5am to 6am waiting for these jokers. We were fortunate to get him on a later flight, but he will miss all of the festivities planned for this evening.
When I tried calling their number phone number, 714-757- 4667 I was routed to California Yellow Cab, who kindly explained that My OC Taxi is NOT a cab company, merely an answering service that directs people to REAL cab companies. California Yellow Cab

I booked a Taxi from them one month ago to take us from Lax to Laguna . as requested I called the 800 number to inform them that I landed. I was told that they do not have taxis to pick me up. Have to take a regular Taxi or the shuttle van. I wasted my time with them and was left high and dry in the airport. Will never used them again or recommend them.

I went to the online reservation system and booked my taxi yesterday for a ride to the airport this morning. I received an email confirmation along with a phone call confirmation. I text messaged back to confirm and got another text back confirming. I thought it was great customer service. The taxi was supposed to be at the house at 8:30am. By 8:45 I was nervous and called the number, the call was routed to a service that had no record of me. This service apparently serves MANY cab companies and the dispatcher didn't even know the name "my OC taxi". After 3 calls to this service

Long story short: I scheduled a roundtrip pick up/return for New Year's Eve and, while we were dropped off, no cab never came back to get us so we were stranded 40 miles from our house! Even when I called the company asking where our scheduled cab was after waiting 30 minutes he said they were busy because it was NYE, which is why I booked it advance! I would NEVER recommend this cab company to anyone. Save the hassle in going local when it comes to your transportation!
