This guy is seriously rude. I realize being a taxi company with competition from Uber and Lyft is difficult but being obnoxious and rude to a potential customer is just wrong. I called a cab for my husband who was at the San Juan Capistrano train station. His cell phone was not working. He said he would send a cab but it was non-refundable. No problem. I had every intention of taking the cab. Within minutes my husband called and a friend was giving him a ride. I called back within two minutes to cancel the cab and the harassment started. I would like to share my good experience with Taxi Orange County. I have a disability and cannot walk normally. There is no way for me to stand on my legs even for two minutes. So, I asked the driver if he would help arrange my wheelchair. When we got to LAX, the driver went out of his way to arrange my wheelchair, while I was sitting in the cab for about ten minutes, at no extra charge. I feel indebted to the driver and the Company for such excellent customer service.

Taxi Orange County gives great service. Joe is available, with his luxury limo, to take you wherever you need to go. He shows up on time, and that's really been great...especially when I've been on the way to the airport. He's taken me to John Wayne airport in Orange County, from my house in San Clemente, and he's also taken me all the way to LAX. What I like the most is when I come back from a trip, he's there waiting for me, usually with coffee or juice, and a snack. Way to go Joe.
