The workers here are absolutely incredible. They have the best coffee and food there is and they work amazingly fast! The environment is extremely friendly and positive. They always have a beautiful smile on all their faces and treat you like family the second you walk through the door! English and Spanish speaking workers is a major plus! I HIGHLY recommend anyone to come here. I will forever love this place.

I have been living in New Milford for over 25 years and missed this amazing bagel/deli place. I tried it last week and Alex made the most delicious and fresh cinnamon walnut cream cheese and lox cream cheese. The service was quick and professional. The bagels were fresh and yummy😋
All these years I have been going to this bagel place next town until one day I saw how unsanitary they were in handling my order! Would highly recommend New Milford Deli👍

The sandwiches keep getting smaller and smaller. When I was in there yesterday, I ordered my usual $7.50 sandwich. There is a new kid working and he makes my sandwich so small. 1 slice of cheese and 2 pieces of ham. No big deal, he's new and I get it on a croissant so I can see why he might have thought it a smaller breakfast sandwich. He was not the one to ring me up. When I paid and the woman behind the counter handed me my sandwich, I noticed it was really really small. So I asked them to remake it. They got my order wrong and when I mentioned it the woman behind the counter started yelling at me. I will never NEVER go back or recommend this place.

This place was great years ago. The last year they've been getting orders wrong, and the woman behind the counter is really rude. I just want what I paid for. I would never go back. If your looking for a deli close by, Frankie's is a few blocks away, near New Bridge Road, and they're always great.

I have been going to New Milford Deli for about 7 years now. Alex owner is great and food even better. I would Highly suggest New Milford Deli for Lunch, catering, breakfast or just a cup of coffee.

The older woman who is the co-owner overcharged my wife for an order. She called to let the woman know, and the woman had a rude attitude on the phone. When a business makes a mistake, they can at least say "I'm sorry" and offer to make it right. But when they display arrogance and don't own up to what they did, they don't deserve repeat business. This deli may have taken an extra $1.50 from me that they were not entitled to, but in the end, they lost out, as we will now spend our money someplace else. The food isn't even that good to top it off.

Was so disappointed, went in ordered a BLT extra bacon on white toast a little dark and mayo, got regular BLT so crunchy that one bite all the bacon fell out, no extra bacon, on brown toast and no mayo. Very upset, on a positive side the owner is a very nice lady she just needs to address the cook, unbelievable when you crave something and they ruin it.

Yesterday around 7am, I witnessed the man behind the counter loading rolls onto the shelf bare handed. It appeared that he had electrical tape on his finger as a bandage. The same hand that was touching the rolls. I asked that man if he touched the rolls bare handed- he confirmed that he did.

I exited immediately.

I would never write a review based on service or by my tastebuds, but when I see possible hazardous food handling, I must speak up.

Bagels were not the best. Weren't warm and also dry. Both my boyfriend and I's jaw were actually hurting from chewing cause the bagels were tough. I also asked for no ketchup on mine but they used a knife they obviously cut a sandwich with ketchup on because it was all along the cut edge of my bagel. Kind of gross if you ask me that they can't wipe the knife clean and I obviously didn't want ketchup on my food. Will not be returning

It's a good place but always forget to add ketchup onto breakfast sandwiches (about 75%) of the time.

Ordered a couple of 6 foot sandwiches for a party. A variety of Italian, eggplant, and turkey. The sandwiches were delicious. The bread was fresh. I would definitely recommend!

This was a great find! Everything is fresh and delicious. Great bagels, lox, cream cheese, salads and deli selections. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very reasonable prices.

I love this place. As a Brookchester resident it took a while to find a solid bacon egg and cheese sandwich. This place actually makes the best ones in town! Tell them to make sure the bacon is extra crispy :) I love the lady and man with accents at the counter as well. I think they are a Cute lil couple family owned deli with goooood food. Yummy

Great sandwiches but they think French Fries are Home Fries. When I order French Fries...I expect to GET FRENCH FRIES!

Was running late to a meeting, but needed coffee. :) Looked at their menu; there is a lot to choose from and the prices seemed reasonable. Everyone was really friendly even though I was just getting coffee. If I'm in the area again, will definitely come by.

Came here the other day for a quick lunch bite before work. It's a small little Deli with a good selection of sandwiches. It was nice to see the owner interacting with all the locals and how he knew them all by name. They had what looked like home cooked hot food which looked delicious and after seeing all these reviews I need to go back to try. I ended up ordering a turkey club wrap which was good, my only complaint is there wasn't any dressing in it and they didn't ask me but I probably should've been more observant of the menu and asked for that. I just had a great Lunch at New Milford Deli. I ordered the roast beef eye round that was home cooked. It was prepared just right. The combination of the meat, cheese and ingredients were perfect. Very easy to bite into and enjoyed the commination of flavors it delivered.
Staff was friendly and courteous. Prices very reasonable.
