Scott is a Physician Assistant and has been practicing since 2003. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Scott honorably served in the United States Air Force for 9 years where he earned Air Force Special Ops Command Physician Assistant of the Year.

I’ve been going for about 10 months now and I can’t really say enough good things. I see Scott but have individually met with everyone else over that time as well and it’s just a great place with great care. It’s the first time I feel like I have people truly invested in my overall health. Not just some place that will prescribe something and send me out of the door. They truly have a genuine interest and investment in your well-being. It is truly life changing.

Can’t speak enough about Optimum Mens Health. I scheduled an appointment in the late months of 2019 and had all my bloodwork done. Come to find out I had low Testosterone and hypertension as well as severe weight issues. Started T injections the very next week as well as hypertension medication. A few short months later, my hypertension was 100% under control as well as my testosterone. I’ve lost almost 50 pounds and I feel better than I ever have. Thanks Scott!!!

I was hesitant to go to one of these places but age does happen to us men. From the moment you walk into the door you are calmed. The place isnt your typical boring lifeless dr office. It makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in with friendly staff. Good music. Smell of sandalwood. Healthy snacks available. Mens health sports and outdoors type magazines to read in lobby while you wait. Scott has got to be one of the most pleasant health care providers I've ever encountered. He knows his stuff, and talking to him is like talking to a best friend. This place has literally changed my life

Life Changing!
There really needs to be 10 stars for this amazing Doctor and atmosphere! I have been going there once a week for over a year and a half now. I look forward to going there every week. It’s more than just a place to get testosterone injections, much much more. If you questions about anything health wise then boom done answered! You have questions about nutrition, no problem answered. You need an ingrown toe nail and need it cut out, done!
They want to see you not only reach your physical goals but your personal goals as well. Then they want for you to exceed them. They are defiantly

I worked for Scott back when he first opened. As a strength coach with high level athletes at this point, I feel safe recommending ANY man to go see him. He is the most knowledgeable and practical medical practitioner I have ever worked with. He was also an amazing employer and took the time to teach me. Scott is a very honest and humble man, and runs his business the same way.

Scott has helped to change my life with his hormone treatment plan. I can now workout in the yard and go to the gym without my joints and muscles having excess pain. Freedom of movement is back. I feel my quality of life has improved drastically with Scott's medical expertise. I cannot find enough words to be able to praise Scott and his men's health practice properly. Saying he saved my life is a little dramatic, but it's the truth.....he saved my life!! With his guidance, support, and encouragement, I have been able to make HUGE steps towards being a healthier man. In just six short months I have lost a substantial amount of weight and have lowered my BMI by almost 10 points. We have cut my BP medication dose in half, and my A1C has decreased from 6.7 to 5.7. Scott genuinely cares about his patients, and he shows that he cares. For the first time in a very long time

I drive about 29 miles one way to have Scott as my healthcare provider. I was skeptical at first because I have always seen a "Physician", but Scott was able to get my BP lowered, he was able to address my feeling lethargic all of the time, and he was able to help me lose weight. He did more for me in this past year, than anyone that I have been to see in the past 10 years. Scott cares about more than one's health - - he cares about the person. It's been a year now since I have been seeing Scott Jarrell at Optimum Mens Health and I can't imagine going anywhere else.
