I have used Astro on 2nd and Menaul numerous times. I had windshields replaced on 2 vehicles., they took care of dealing with the insurance even. They also did window tint on a car and refurbished the hazed headlights. They also made a custom window for my RV - 3 years later it is still holding. Prices are fair and the service is great. I'd highly reccomend

I called to schedule to fix a broken window at my house. I got transferred to a person that deals with home window instead of auto window, I supposed. He said someone will come and take a look at my window from 3 pm - 5 pm on Tue 11/16/21 (same day I called). However, I waited, but no one ever showed up! If they can't even make it to the first appointment, then how can you trust them with their work!

Giving this company 1 star is more than they deserve. I went in on Friday to get my windshield repaired. They told me it would take an hour and a half. I waited for 2 in a half hours to get it done. I also got charged 50 dollars more than what I was quoted. That was my fault I guess that it had sensors I did not know about. I took my vehicle home and waited the 24 hours to take the tape off like they asked. When I took the tape off I noticed that my outer molding was lifted up.*see picture. I took it back to them for them to tell me there is nothing they can do about that its just cosmetic. This

These guys (and gal) are awesome! Needed a windshield replaced on my Kenworth T680, I called multiple places and they were the only ones with my windshield in stock! In and out in less than an hour! I suggest you bobtail here, though you can squeeze a trailer in if needed. Will definitely go back here!

I needed a new windshield for a car with sensors for things. They replaced it, recalibrated all the sensor stuff, handled the insurance claim. It couldn't have gone better, unless that rock hadn't cracked the windshield. Good people, knowledgeable, friendly.
This is the second windshield they've replaced for me. The first visit a few years back went just as well.
Oh, and their prices are about 2/3 those of the national chains.

They did everything they told me they would do when I made the appointment. I was able to speak to a real human to set up the replacement of a window regulator, got in within a day vs 2 weeks out at a chain place. It did cost more but we'll woth the extra care and ease of service. As an extra plus, I forgot the credit card I wanted to use at home. I gave them another and they held off running it until I called with the card I preferred about 40 mins later. Couldn't have done that at a chain shop. Definitely recommend them.

I've been to this location for 2 separate car tints and a windshield replacement. The first two times were great. The last time I went in to get a tint I had to come back 3 separate times to get it replaced and applied correctly. It was really time consuming. The owner and office manager were pleasant to work with.

After a few years of putting it off I finally got my windshield replaced. Looked up a few places and landed on these guys. The service was friendly they seemed to be busy. I'm very happy with what I got. The only issue I thing was there were a bit in accurate on there time frames. I was there for almost 2.5 hour when the guy said only about an 1.5 little bit longer than my lunch hour can allow. It got done though and looks great.

I had just gotten a new windshield put in my 2002 Crown Victoria about a week before leaving up state New York to head home to Southwestern New Mexico when a rock came up and stared my new windshield around Albuquerque. I called Astro auto Glass and they said to come in no wait they will have the windshield fixed in no time. I went in and while talking to the tech he said I see the star of life on the back of your car are you ems. I said yes I am he told me thank you for your service. I told him it not a problem. He told me that the repair was half price that day and thanked me again for my service

A few days my car was broken into at my apartment complex. The jerks stole all my masks, my work jacket that contained my AirPods in one of the pockets, some pocket knives and miscellaneous junk I had in my center console which included my spare key to my apartment. I have a bad habit of locking myself out of my apartment so I kept a spare key in the car in case of emergency. I immediately had to change my locks!
Needless to say after calling around I found these guys on here they were one of the most reasonable quotes I got through this whole ordeal so I took i decided to go with them today.

Very pleased with the quick and courteous service. I called wanting three glass shelves for our curio cabinet and was expecting our wait at least a couple of days. When I asked how long it would take, I was told about an hour. I can't remember the lady's name that took my order, but she was so pleasant and helpful in recommending the correct thickness of glass I would need. When picking my glass even the guys in the back couldn't of been more helpful, and the glass was put in a nice cardboard carrying case. Definitely a five star

This place was great. I went to there for a windshield replacement and they were able to get the insurance claim initiated. They were also able to get me in the same day I called and they worked with me on the price. Because of this I wanted to get my windows tinted and when I inquired about that service they quoted me with a fair price and were able to get the work done same day also. I was very happy with the quality of work and the price. I will definitely come here again in the future.

A few weeks ago my windshield got a ding I didn't see that spread into a crack a week or so later. Safelite quoted me at just under $500 for a replacement so I put the repair off for a while.
I shopped around and saw Astro Autoglass had some good reviews and happy customers. I emailed them and got a response and quote from Margarette right away at HALF the price Safelite offered. I was able to get in the next day.
Staff were helpful and polite and quick. I was very happy with the whole experience, and if the work is quality and holds, this will be the only place I take my car for window

My truck is a Silverado 2500 Extended Cab , both extended 3/4 windows were broken in the past week, called Astro Auto Glass and spoke with Art , he had my windows in stock and scheduled this morning. Thought it would take all day, two hours later done. Cleaned the old broken glass and very costumer service oriented company, everyone friendly and professional. Highly Recommend

My car was broken into in ABQ in the evening and side passenger window was completely smashed. I didn't want to drive 60 miles home with no window in the sub-freezing weather so stayed over night. Went to Astro first thing in the morning because it was the only glass place I could find that listed Saturday hours. Showed up at 9 am when they opened and the car was done in less than an hour! They cleaned all the broken glass out of the car and even sorted all the glass out of a big pile of legos on the floor that got spilled when the break in occurred!!! They were really nice. They did a great job of replacing my windshield. It was supposed to only be a couple hours but it took a little longer than I expected bc they had to get molders for the windshield but it's ok I got my car before I had to go to work the next day. Overall not bad for what I had to pay

I agree with Daniel W's review actual work is a 5/5 customer service at the front desk is a 2/5.. when I called because I was lost for directions.. the person that answered got defensive on the phone.. as if I accused him of not having signs out on Menual. I only asked a question. When we called later about a question on the tint the person we spoke with explained we had already been told once before.
The workmanship is great we are very very happy with the tint. The cost was reasonable...and worth it. It was done in a day the laborer was very courteous.

We always had our windshields repaired and replaced at the same place on Central and Coors for years and now, their closed and we had to find another business, I found Astro Glass doing an internet search. Mainly, because of the positive reviews. and I really didn't have a good experience with the nationally advertised guys that come to you're house. anyway... They did a really good job..same day, and with an awesome customer service. They were so nice, delt with my insurance and just made me feel that i made a good choice. Oh! and I got a chip the same day ,took it back to get it fixed
