Excellent customer service. We were in from out of state. They were able to get us in quickly. We were treated respectfully with good communication, reasonable turn around time and quality workmanship. We did not have insurance coverage for this particular issue and were happy with the reasonable out of pocket costs associated with this repair. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service at a great price. We busted a side window on our truck, called them that night and they scheduled us in for an appointment the next morning. Only took an hour or so for the repair and they even cleaned up all of the glass that fell inside the cab of the truck. Will definitely be coming back for any of our window needs!

If you are looking to get your windshield worked on, stop looking, you’ve found the place. Had an accident and dropped my car off at 7:30am. They had a part ordered and the install was completed by 3pm the same day. They were very helpful with insurance as well and had a loaner car for me during the short time they were working. Couldn’t recommend more.

Took my car in to get the window regulator repaired and it was returned to me with the radio and dash screen not working and the window still did not go up all the way. When I called to let them know, the man was very condescending and suggested I was lying about the radio/screen not working. He also told me that they did not disconnect the battery prior to working on the regulator. This is a routine part of electrical work and is definitely the reason my radio and screen no longer work. When I took it back in, they repaired the window (finally) and told me they didn’t know how the radio/screen

This is the second windshield in my Jeep I have had replaced here and I drive 45 minutes to have it done. The customer service is awesome and they always work at getting me in first thing in the morning and provide me with a car to drive for the day while they are working on it since I live out of town. I love how they always explain all of the details and the work is great as well. I will continue driving 45 minutes for any work I need done.

I always try to “shop local” and this place was amazing. Stopped by for rock chip repair questions and made appointment for the next day. Price was $50 which I thought was more than fair. I waited on repair and it took them no time. Will definitely be going back for any window repairs or replacements.

So far, so good! Had our windshield replaced yesterday and had a wonderful experience and so far appears to be very nice, quality work and exceeded our expectations. This shop does great work at good prices. They were my second choice but should have been my first! I had contacted a different company to install a windshield and molding on my 1977 F150, but that company couldn't get the windshield installed, so they gave up after several hours of struggle. Auto Glass Systems had it done in 30 minutes!!! My truck's windshield looks great and I can't thank them enough. Job well done folks!

They were amazing!! We had an emergency situation and needed a window repaired before driving back home to Chicago. I left a message Sunday night and was called at 7:30 am Monday when they opened. They gave me an immediate quote which was on par with SafeLite, came to the hotel within 15 minutes and provided us with a loaner car since they couldn't get the glass until the afternoon. Given the freezing weather and traveling with 2 young kids my car was generally unusable so this was very much appreciated. The car was ready in the time frame they gave and they couldn't have been nicer.

Replaced band in driver side window for half of what cost was at 2 other repairs shops in town! My car window wouldn't go down and I priced the repair at the dealer and at another auto shop in town and was told it would be over $600 to fix! That was AFTER I paid $100 diagnostic fee. A friend told me to try auto glass. I did and they did not charge a diagnostic fee and cost to fix was under $300! They also fixed it quickly. So happy!
