Excellent, showed up sharply on time. Friendly, respectful, superior communication and orderly. super easy. Delivered and set up, when picked up there was no need for someone to be present. Overall, with this being our first experience with renting a bounce house, we were pretty content with the service! We will be renting again soon, thank you Kyle!

I rented a bounce house for my son's birthday and they send emails for arrivals time, explains every single detail and precautions to take with the bounce house, bounce was in great condition, very easy to reach on the website and easy to navigate. This is a very professional outfit. I live in a rural area and received a lot of rental rejections due to the distance. Bounce and Play said "yes" and I am very grateful. Communication with them is excellent. They answer your questions in under 15 minutes.
The notification emails starting a few days before come at regular intervals letting you know your exact schedule. The setup crew were on time and very nice. I rented the 18 foot tsunami slide and it was definitely worth the rental. The pool at the base was an added fun bonus. I look forward to future parties with this company.

No complaints here. We had a wonderful birthday event and it was all in part to Bounce and Play. The customer service was superb from the time of booking to the clean up at the end of the event. The set-up was on time, nice and easy. They are local and very affordable. I was even given a military discount. I will surely use them again. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday party a day to remember.
