With so many choices out there it can be overwhelming to find a bounce house rental company. Luckily we found Michele with Merry Minstrel! She has a great selection of bounce houses, was responsive and extremely professional. Her staff delivered and picked up as promised! Would definitely recommend them!

First off renting a bounce house for a birthday can be really stressful especially since you worry if it will arrive on time for your party !
Michelle was very professional and exceeded my expectations as far being prompt on time of delivery and pick up . The quality of the bounce house was amazing . Perfect for our toy story theme . I was hesitant on renting because of covid however she went over their cleaning process as well and I felt very safe it was very clean.
Her staff did a great job on placement of the bounce and securing the device. Look no further . Thank you all and I will be calling

Merry Minstrel came highly recommended from a local Facebook page I'm on. After giving them a call to see if a water slide would work in our backyard and sending them pictures we rented the 15ft double water slide for my son's birthday and it was a BLAST. They dropped it off and picked it up on time. Very clean and professional. My kids are already planning our next birthday. lol.

Ordered the Disney Princess 4-in-1 bounce house with water slide. The top was covered so I didn’t have to worry about my daughter being in direct sunlight all day. That was a huge bonus. The staff that delivered was very friendly and set up quickly. They delivered the day before the event so my daughter got some extra time with it. It was a big hit at her birthday party. We loved it and will definitely be ordering from them again!

Went to inquire about their services and pricing and kept getting the run around because no one was ever there to answer the phone and they would call me when I was not able to answer the phone. Finally I get someone on the line who tells me she is the owner. When I go to ask questions about the bounce houses and their pricing she tells me she is too busy to help me and doesn't have time for me and hangs up the phone. Very rude. Will never do business here ever. You don't hang up on the customer. That is not something you do.

I have worked with Merry Minstrel for over 16 years and their service and inflatables are the best in Central Florida. I recommend them to all my clients. They work very hard to make your event a success. Their inflatables are always clean and tied down. In this industry we run across a few disgruntled customer who are impossible to please. They bend over backwards to nip any issues or concerns before events start. They are licensed and insured which brings us all peace of mind! Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE service. Called and booked a bounce house at the end of March. Finally received my invoice via email April 8. Here I am on April 20 with an email letting me know they are sorry they don't have the bounce house we requested. Just really sucks. Now we have to scramble to find someone else that fits the theme of his birthday.
The woman I worked with was nice but obviously things aren't organized.

We had a "Princess Tea Party" for my daughters birthday.
They did the set up one day before. On the event date, they were right on time and very well organized.
The blue princess welcomed the kids. They were able to change their princess dresses during the party, because Merry Minstrel had approx. 30 dresses for 10 kids.
All the party games were a hit!
And one last thing: Michelle respomded right away to every email I sent her. She is very professional!!!!
