In 2019 I was involved in an automobile accident where the other driver ran a stop sign. I suffered a breastbone fracture which left me with agonizing pain for the next four months. These people are foul and should not be barred in California. They invited me in to a consultation and asked me to sign medical releases putting me think they wanted the open and close case in wich I was struck by a vehicle while riding a mountain bike causing me severe, surgery needed injury in wich is still bothering me. Abought a month before statues where to expire they notified me saying they didn't want the case.Sabotage for the defendant?Now that my case is settled there holding up my money with some kind of lien. They didn't do anything at all in my behalf. They Are Foul Raciest

Called in for a consultation with an associate, Bob was his name. He was super condescending and rude. Patronized me and talked to me like I was an unintelligent person. Also the pressure of his stressful and condescending tone made me misspeak on something that was pertinent to my case. I did have treatment on the injured area in question. So now they've lost a case, worth a lot of money, as the result of poor communication skills. They handled a case for me several years ago and weren't highly professional then. Don't know why I thought anything had changed.

Awful terrible I cannot believe I was naive enough to think I'd be in good hands here I've spent a year wondering what's going on with my case with not even as much as a phone call but rather two thumbs up emojis from my attorney via text not professional at all! I would NOT recommend this law firm or at least Karl wurzbach as an injury attorney following an auto accident.... There's way too many better more professional attorneys out there who WILL handle your case with care not them! Good luck to you .... I know I need it. SMH!

Scranton Law firm did a great job with my case. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and always with a sense of urgency. My dad was recently in need of a great lawyer and they were the first thought that came to mind! They even offered an interpreter for my dad who is more comfortable speaking Spanish. Once more Yelp sent me to the wrong place. I guess the only people leaving reviews are those people with exceptional outcomes.
In a 6 month time frame, this law firm was unable to get my car fixed or get any of my medical bills covered, never mind work on a settlement. This is after the other persons insurance company accepted full responsibility for when I was rear ended.
From June to December 2016, they were "working" on my case. From January to May, I wasn't able to get them to reply to my emails or calls, and they had stopped contacting the insurance company on my behalf.

Initially, my law firm was Miller Law Corporation and some how Scranton got involved. This one employee Karl is very rude and pompous. he cuts you off and acts like he's above the rest. He wants to direct the conversation and has know people skills. As a client, I presume that you work for me and not the opposite. He told me that he would give my case back to Miller Law because I work across the street. This came after I asked why someone had not called me back after two weeks. Imagine that!
Whatever! I'm not satisfied with either law firms at this point.
