Wilson Immigration
If you have experienced persecution in another country, I will lead you through the complicated asylum process. If you are a victim of a qualifiying serious crime, you may be eligibile for a temporary, 4-year "U" visa. I will explore every option possible to protect you and your loved ones if you are in removal proceedings.

Alexandra is passionate about helping you obtain or maintain legal immigration status by navigating the very complicated American immigration legal system. Deportation and other immigration problems can be very scary and stressful. Alexandra maintains a safe space to discuss difficult but important subjects related to your immigration case.
Services
Asylum may be granted to individuals physically in the United States. If you or someone you know experienced past persecution or abuse due to their race, social group, or political opinion (among other reasons) I can help. If you currently experience fear of returning to your country of origin, I can help.
Alexandra can help those who live in Contra Costa County or the Bay Area with their asylum claim. An individual may be granted asylum if they are physically in the United States and have experienced past persecution or fear future persecution on account of their race, religion, political opinion, nationality or membership in a particular social group.
Permanent Residency, or a "green card" may be obtained through several different immigration petitions. You may obtain permanent residency after one year as an asylee, or after three years in U Nonimmigrant status, for example. Another common way of obtaining permanent residency is through family-based applications.
Fianc petitions are available to individuals who wish to marry someone from another country. Through this process, an individual's fianc may enter the United States on a special fianc visa so that the two may get married. Upon marriage within an allotted amount of time, the new spouse may apply for lawful permanent resident (a green card.)
Being in removal proceedings can be an extremely stressful experience. There are many ways to seek relief from deportation, including asylum, U-Visas, T-Visas, VAWA, family based applications, hardship waivers and cancellation of removal. As trust between immigrant communities and Contra Costa County law enforcement strains, it has never been more important to know your rights and your options.

I called this office to get a profesional law service appointment , which by the way I paid previously . when I arrive to the office they came out saying that I was not on the list of appointments. Even though I waited more than a week for it, I was not well attended.
They just gave me excuses not appear on the list, need to be vaccinated, need to show COVID test, let me see if I can schedule your appointment for the next day, let me see if I can schedule a call appointment not an in person one. JUST EXCUSES!!! Ended asking for my money back!!
I don’t recommend them, NOT PROFESSIONAL

I would like to recommend Attorney, Alexandra Wilson. She was fast and efficient from the beginning. My process only 4 months and thank to her, USCIS granted me Asylum. She became my attorney after she was able to help my son to get his legal status here in the United States. From the beginning of my immigration case, she seemed genuinely caring about myself as her client. She was always in contact with me to keep me updated about my case and the protocoles to follow. Today, I feel much better because of the Attorney Alexandra Wilson support. She is an honest, reliable and very attentive professional
