Auctions are the fastest, most transparent way to sell a large amount of goods, in a short amount of time. Though the methods are evolving over the last couple decades, the idea remains the same. You gather a crowd, whether it be in a gallery, or in several places gathered around computer screens, and several interested parties place bids, to get to a final selling price.
Real estate auctions are quickly becoming a popular way to sell Real Estate. Although many folks think of auctions as a last resort, I contend they should be considered a viable option, as a first result. In a Real Estate auction, the seller controls the process form start to finish. You set the sell date, the closing date, and the terms of the auction.
You're in luck, I also offer standard traditional Real Estate Services as well. Through the brokerage I am a part of Kaufman Realty and Auctions we can list your Real Estate in the traditional manner as well, at competitive rates. Your Real Property will be listed in Multiple Listing Services though the local Board of Realtors as well as a sign in the yard, open houses, as well as other forms of advertising as agreed upon.
As I opened my Facebook app the other morning, a reminder popped up, that informed me that 2 years ago "on this date" I quit my full time job, and became self employed.
