Two generations of experienced real estate, auction and appraisal services, from fully accredited and licensed professionals. Our office is located just a few miles east of Columbus, Ohio, in a historic Licking County mill within the bucolic hamlet of Outville. Our old mill, the Outville Hay & Grain Company, opened for business in 1921 alongside the Pennsylvania and Baltimore & Ohio Railroads, and ceased milling operations in 1982.

We purchased and restored the building in the mid 1990s. The historic building's original facade and exterior graphics were revived, and the offices outfitted with antique furnishings. This venerable old landmark has now resumed its role of commercial prominence in this rapidly growing community.
