However, we can make your old ornamental iron look brand new! My fiancé and I called this company for a quote to sandblast a sculpture for Downtown Memphis. The receptionist answered the phone with absolutely no class or customer service. She passed me off to an email because Rick was at “lunch” called back 4 1/2 hours later no with no response I called the receptionist without even notifying Rick her response was he may or may not get back with me.

Had wheels dropped off to be powder coated. The center caps and screws were in the wheels when I dropped them off. When I had my 3rd party company pick up the wheels after they were finished, the center caps were not with the wheels. I had my 3rd party company go BACK across town to get the center caps and they apparently lost my screws for the center cap. The powder coating seems to be good, but I will not use them again because of this issue.

Went to Ricks to powder coat a old honda mini bike parts, went over what I wanted on a work order told areas to keep clean from powder. Pick up parts areas where I told not to powder and covered Were the parts are nicked up in spots very said and disappointing. And was quoted one price showed up it was more not complaining about that but what was told to do was not and there was a sorry but not hey we will get this fixed or anything i payed and walked out upset. Hope the next shop can strip and redo. I won't be going back to Ricks, everyone told me to go to them very disappointing and and sad.

I have used Rick's Powder coating twice ... once for iron patio furniture and once for an antique iron bed frame. They are always fast, friendly, and the work has exceeded my expectations both times. They stand behind their work and deliver what they promise! And they do so at a fair price and friendly service - I like when I have something that needs powder coating - I know right where to go!!
