D&W Powder Coating, LLC is the sister company of D&W Plating Company, Inc. We saw a need to diversify our business and chose powder coating as a natural progression because of our experience in the metal finishing industry. D&W Powder Coating, LLC is a batch process powder coating facility with a long term plan of installing a conveyor system.
1. Parts that are brought to D&W Powder Coating are inspected, documented as well as photographed. The customer chooses the powder color. 3. We utilize different blasting media for different parts depending on the type of metal and amount of impurities to remove. 4. All of the parts are then washed in high temp water and cleaner to remove oils, dirt and grit.
