As a consumer there's nothing worse than feeling stuck with a bad product. When that product is accompanied by terrible service the whole experience leaves you feeling like you've been robbed. That's the feeling many on the North Shore of Long Island have when trying to book a taxi or car service. They call for a service to pick them up at a specific time because they need to catch a train only to be told they can't have the time they want.
Being conveniently located next to the Haven Diner in Port Washington we are proud to serve our community. We offer rides to and from the Port Washington LIRR directly via the taxi stand, or you can visit our office and find a car waiting for you. Our doors are always open, and we have 2 lines for you to reach us in case you told a friend about us and they call at the same time you do!
If you call for a ride anywhere within Port Washington and refer a friend to come along for the ride during the hours of 5:00am-9:00am, Monday-Friday each person will ride for only $5. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE. THEY DERERVE ZERO STARS. MY GRANDFATHER WHO DOES NOT DRIVE NEEDED A RIDE TO HIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE. THEY DROPPED HIM OFF AT THE HOSPITAL AND WOULD NOT TAKE HIM TO THE RIGHT LOCATION, THEY MADE HIM CALL ANOTHER SERVICE AND IT TOOK OVER 2 HOURS. HE WAS WAITING IN THE COLD AND THEY EVEN ASKED HIM TO PAY FOR THE 2ND RIDE. ZERO STARTS. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE THEY ARE HORRIBLE. YOU ARE WAY BETTER OFF WITH UBER.
