We have been shopping for an all natural, organic mattress for about a month... we looked at every option online we could find. We decided to take a trip to Santa Monica to check out the Avocado showroom, because it looked to us like the only place to try and buy a handmade, multi-layered mattress that didn't have harsh chemicals, solvents, or other harmful materials in it. On the trip down from San Luis Obispo, we decided to stop in at Santa Barbara Mattress because our doctor told us they had a number of healthy options that weren't listed specifically on their website. Boy are we glad we did

Overpriced: charged double compared to regular price for a simple box spring taking advantage of my emergency need. But turned out unreliable! Cannot be trusted! Promised to deliver two box springs to a local address the same day. Called the late last minute with a nonsense fake reason for not being able to deliver. Couldn't even clearly tell me when they would reschedule. A shameful mini-disaster. Stay away and deal with larger more reputable stores.
