Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time if you are visiting our office for the first time. On your first visit, you should bring your insurance card, list of medications that you are taking, and your physician's referral if required by your insurance company. We also request that you bring all x-rays, CAT scan images and MRI images with the reports that you have had done.

I've had an ingrown toe nail for several months now. I didn't want to get it cut out because I've had a couple other ingrown toe nails cut out surgically and it hurt terribly! Dr. Smith numbed me up and I didn't feel a thing! Couldn't be happier! If are have issues with your feet she's the one to see!

Dr. Maggie Smith is 100% the nicest woman ! I was super beyond anxious about having my feet looked at but she treated me like family and she was quick and to the point. Very very educated woman. I loved the lady at the front desk and the lady that came in with Maggi but the nurse that took my vitals was very …. Pushy and rude I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if she don’t like her job so I tried to just be empathetic and let it go but that’s the reason for the 4 stars …. That one nurse. I really hope she has better days ahead and smiles a little more.

Couldn’t reschedule another appointment with the Dr. due to their no call, no show policy. I explained that I had surgery and I am still in my healing process and on the day that I had an appointment , I was sent back to the hospital due to medical complications from the surgery. Brenda didn’t want to hear about it, she just kept saying it’s our policy. So do I go see Dr. Smith in pain knowing that what I’m there to see her for has nothing to do with my surgery, or do I follow the instructions of my Dr? I was told that I couldn’t make another appointment and who knew of their policy?

Maggi was a referral from my Doctor. My first appointment was cancelled due to weather. I missed my next appointment because I care for my Mom who is in the thick of Alzheimer's/dementia. My Doctor keeps telling me to take care of myself, but after my Mom lost her husband early this year, its been hard and she's my priority right now. So since I was a no show, Maggi will not take me as a new client. I wouldn't want someone like that operating on me who can't empathize with each individual situation. Now, I have to call my insurance and find someone else to remove a cyst from all the driving I do

I visited Maggie Smith because I had pain from calluses on my feet. I was hesitant to come because I wasn't sure she could do anything for them. However, in just a few minutes she carefully removed them. I felt no discomfort during their removal. The procedure she performed allowed me to walk out of her office pain free. My feet feel better than they have in years. Please don't hesitate if you have foot pain. Maggie Smith was excellent!
