My husband has been waiting since June for orthodics. I had to put down 125 dollars for a deposit. He has not gotten them yet. I have a saved voicemail from the office dated August 14th that promises delivery within 3 weeks. I called on October 19th and left a message. I called on October 20th and spoke to someone that told me the nurse would call me back. No call. I called the next 2 days and nothing. I am reporting this to the BBB. The one positive thing I will say is that I spoke to the person in charge of billing a couple of months ago and she was amazing!! Five stars for her!!

I had an awful extensive ankle injury with broken fibula. It went mis-diagnosed by a Promedica Orthopedic surgeon, seeked second opinion from UTMC orthopedic foot and ankle specialist who told me he didn't even know where to start. Finally, saw Dr. Kish with Northwest Ohio Podiatric specialists. He was able to explain my injury to me, why I was in so much pain and had a clear and confident surgical plan. I was seen in both his toledo and maumee offices for follow ups. Never any problems with scheduling and office staff was always pleasant. Top notch treatment, podiatric medicine has sure come along
