Enjoy country living, beautiful rolling hills, wild life, turkey, deer, gorgeous views. MIMOSA VALLEY RV Park is located slightly off the beaten path. We are not located on a busy highway. We are 3 miles north of Hwy 380, on pavement all the way to 204 Private Road 2179. We are only one and half miles outside city limits and approximately 6 minutes from dining, shopping, medical district, etc.

Enjoy the Wise County historic town square and beautiful courthouse just 4 miles from RV park. Like to Golf? We are only mile and half from the country Club. If you enjoy hiking, horse back riding, we are just minutes away at LBJ National Grasslands. Fishing and hiking also just across the road at Black Creek Lake.

Stayed here for four months. It was a great place to stay. It was peaceful and quiet. Neighbors there were really nice and helpful. It is gated so you can feel safe and secure while staying there. The owner also did a great job of setting the water fixed after the winter storm down there. I had a great experience while being down there.

I have never been so disappointed in a Site or the owner. There was a great lack of communication. First invaded by mice then a copperhead snake after the mice in a drawer in the RV and the mice destroyed an air mattress and dish towels, my grandchildren were not allowed to visit, no outdoor grilling, the area for pets to walk is covered in grass burs, we were not allowed to contract cable or internet because the owner did not like the company we attempted to use. There are no amenities so if you want to just sit inside the RV without tv or internet this is the place to go (not). The rudeness and

Beautiful country property close to town and ideal for the long term. Very few spaces insures privacy and overcrowding. Electric, sewer, water hookups. Reasonably priced. Rules are strictly enforced, so very important to read and understand them before signing on.

Very inconsiderate owner-My mother attempted to evacuate from hurricane Laura to my Aunt's RV which was parked in this park. The owner refused to allow her access even after my Aunt called her stating the reason. The owner's response was "Read your contract". When other RV sites are offering free admission for safe haven, this one is refusing due to my Aunt not being able to be there with her! My Aunt and Uncle decided to immediately remove their camper from the property and gave the required 2 weeks notice and payment. The owner sent an invoice stating they do not prorate and

I found this place for my elderly parents to park their RV local so when they came in to visit grands they would be comfortable. This was going to be long term. Upon arrival was meet at gate by owner who stated " we will see about children, I don't allow them on premises " . For several months this was the only contact. Owner didn't respond to text, calls, or physical knocks on door . The restrictions the owner came up with far outweighed the amenities you should have if you are paying for a spot. I choose this spot thinking it would be secure for my elderly parents who only

My life at Mimosa Valley RV Park. I moved in when they first opened in Feb 2009. In fact, we were living in another local RV park and were unhappy there. At that park atvs were constantly going and kids were playing under our slides. So we were ecstatic when you opened this park. It is so peaceful and quiet. Serene, if you will. I absolutely love it here. So much so that I have been here 11 and half years!! I don't have to worry about my camper or any of my stuff as this RV park is small/quaint and gated. I feel safe here and I feel safe leaving all my stuff here without worry. The park is small

My husband & I have lived here for a year & 9 months. Very secure gated park. Lovely surroundings. Deer & Turkeys come visit. Quiet, small park. Looks out onto ranch land & trees. Close to town but you feel like you live in the country.
