We bought and sold a home with Limbird. The buyers wanted to buy our home before they ever stepped a foot into our home and that is 100% because of the amazing photos that Derrick took. We have closed with limbird group twice now. John and Jorge have been great through out the process, including doing our entire first search virtually because we were still living in Texas. Every time we needed a showing they got us scheduled that day and helped us navigate multiple house offers being outbid in this crazy market. They need to work more on getting closing costs to buyer faster than night before and i had questions after closing - the girl at Harbor Closing was rude to me and impatient. Over all Limbird did a pretty good job - Mackenzie did a great job finding me a house - they should not worry so much about ratings & reviews - also their home warranty company is a nightmare to work with i ended up paying for problem myself

Used Nick at Limbird team to help find a duplex. We were very particular because we were going to live in one side, use it as a future rental, couldn't be in too bad a shape, had to be in the right part of town, and the list goes on! Nick was responsive and proactive in finding the info we needed and meeting us at various places. Also, the back office made the closing process super smooth. Very professional group of people!

Terrible. Our agent did not keep us updated at all. House put on the market by these folks on Thursday. Had a perfect offer Friday but, the contract was sent at 10:40 through email and needed a response by Midnight. Could not contact our agent. The next day she returned my call, laughed and said she needed to sleep some time. I ended up finding the selling agent's name and number and called her at home around Midnight as I was in a slight panic. We talked for an hour about the contract and what was expected of the us. My agent lied to them saying we would not allow certain inspectors in the

In our 18 years of buying and selling homes, we have never had such a disappointing experience with a real estate company. Tara was our agent. Her response when we told her how unhappy we were was that she "should have explained the process better"...has a "team that she pays out of her pocket". Here are a few of the problems we had:

My agent, Matthew Angulo of the Limbird Team, was by far the worst agent I've had in over 30 years of buying and selling property . Not only did he misrepresent the truth in our dual agency relationship, but was extremely "flippant" in his attitude toward us. Tara Limbird, the Managing Broker, was totally unresponsive in addressing our concerns. Instead, she did whatever she could to "bury her head in the sand". I would steer clear of the Limbird Team as there are plenty of better options in NWA.
