Integrity, good morals, kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, kind spirited, & many other attributes that should be named that are all quintessential to this company being the absolute best real estate company in existence. Gibson has been my realtor on 3 house purchases in the last 8 years. With his experience and knowledge 8 years ago James Gibson and his team help us get out of a subdivision going down hill fast and into a brand new house in a thriving subdivision that set us up to make big profit when we sold it. The agent named Cathy had me apply to four different rental properties and pay a fee for each property. I get accepted anywhere I go but after I sent in my apps, she had blocked my number and refused to follow up with me or even give me a reason as to why I did not get a follow up. I called her yesterday with a different number asking about the rental properties available here and I have a recording of her saying twice that "Gibson Realty does not rent out any property." She told me that as I was parked in front of a house that had a Gibson Realty Sign and her name and number and on top it says

Working with James Gibson and Max Teague at Gibson Real Estate exceeded any of my expectations. They were able to find me a house that I wanted and closed in 30 days while I was Deployed overseas with the Army. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology, best process or the people to involve. Right away James was incredibly friendly and took time to see what I wanted in a home then explained the process and determine what would be a good fit for me. He even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated.
