First visit so I was unsure of how the experience would pan out based on some not so good reviews. Upon entry any employee near the door greets you. You're hen asked what services and shown to a chair or station. Not sure if it's the norm but after sitting at a chair there was a bit of a wait before someone came over. When they did the services when pretty smoothly. True to several reviews the jets were not working. However the tech next to me did retrieve a working one for my neighbor while I just steeped in the puddle of foot juice (the jets lessen those thoughts a little). My tech did do a great

Went for a pedicure. The jets weren't working at my station. The nail tech did not offer to switch my station. I had to ask. She got an attitude when I asked to be moved to a working station. She scrubbed my feet for maybe 30 seconds each. I asked her if that was all she did. She made some excuse. Horrible service. I paid $43 for a service maybe worth $15. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.

I must say, I wish that I had read the reviews for this place prior to visiting. It is my second time visiting, but my first time ever getting my nails done. Before, I only went for pedicure services and they did well. I went for dip powder last week and my nails began chipping a week later. This has never happened. It is also by far the most expensive dip/pedi I have ever gotten ($150). While the service and massage at the end were good, chipping within a week, on multiple nails, is completely unacceptable. Will not be returning.

I was visiting Baltimore for the afternoon and looked for a nail salon. I popped in for a fill in and a young lady took me immediately (I'm sorry I didn't get her name). She was very professional, her brush work was excellent. She did a beautiful job! When she finished she rubbed my shoulders which I really needed as I had been driving all day. This is a great salon!

This place was extremely unprofessional and I won’t be coming here again. Not only were my nails uneven and not how I wanted them, I was constantly criticized for asking for how I wanted them. My friend could understand their language and heard them gossiping about me wanting my nails a certain way and then cheating me for extra money because “I was a hassle”. This place made me feel extremely uncomfortable and quite honestly the nails were extremely ugly as well. Save your money and your time and don’t go here.

I was talked into getting dip powder on long tops instead of my regular acrylic and gel. I was assured they would be durable. My thumb nail broke in half less than 24 hours later. I have never had a nail break and bleed ever in my life. I’ve been getting acrylics for 7 years. I went back the next day to get my thumb fixed and was tossed around to two different people. Then someone sitting around finally got up and redid it. The guy did a poor job. The nails were cracked and shatter right away and not the same size or shape. Very clean and they did a nice job on my nails (received powder tips), but requested round and they are square with rounded edges. Prices are competitive. Nice ambiance Pedicure could have been better, but they give longer massages than any other places I've been to. Also, they give a short shoulder massage after receiving any nail service which is a plus. Customer service was not horrible, but not the best. My first time visiting the salon. Was hesitant bc of the reviews but needed my nails and feet done ASAP. Overall the level of service is very inconsistent from each nail tech. I was not handled with care. I felt rushed my entire service. Would not even allow nails to dry for full 60sec in between each coat of gel, hence why I have wrinkled polish. Will return to see another nail tech Peter, whom was giving the type of service/experience I’d expect from a nail salon at this price point.

Always such a great experience getting my nails done here. The manicurists are all very nice and do an amazing job. The gel manicure that lasts me almost 4 weeks (and i do a lot of activities that are very rough on my nails). They also have the best selection of colors of any salon I’ve been to!!!
