Services
Relieve your tensions by relaxing on a massage chair while soaking your feet in warm water. This pedicure includes: toe nails trimmed and shaped, cuticles cleaned, hot towel wraps, and completion with polish of choice. Start off your day with a spa treatment for your feet with organic lavender sea salt soak filled with aromatherapy flakes, then, exfoliate dead skin cells with tropical sugar scrub and special scented lotion and callus removal.
I love it and my nails looks perfect the way I want it and Linda does my nails and she does a good job every time she does my nails. Love this place! Excellent, prompt service. The staff is very friendly and professional. The spa pedicure is incredible for the price and the paraffin wax treatment is a great bonus.

Nail Dimensions Salon has changed Owners 2 times in the last 3 years. Since Vivian left things weren't too bad but once Kevin left and Linda purchased the Salon things have gone way down hill. Technicians are constantly running late due to poor scheduling of the appointment book. They now charge and extra $5.00 to have your callus's removed during a pedicure which should be part of the actual process of a pedicure. In addition, the new owner's attitude towards her clients has become rude and many of the technicians have left recently. I have decided after going to this salon

Nail Dimensions is by far the best nail salon in Pasadena area. You are always greeted when you come in and leave. The techs are amazing and always helpful! Ther receptionist Kim is friendly and outgoing and knowledgeable! Ann is a great nail artist and knows how to match colors! I wouldn't go any were else then Nail Dimensions.

I typically visit Nail Dimensions once a month or so for a pedicure. I usually have a great experience and the location is always very clean and inviting. There are a ton of awesome polish colors to choose from when you arrive and the possibilities are endless with designs. The 'spa pedicure' is what I tend to get which is 45 dollars and includes a ten minute massage. Most nail technicians are awesome and give a great massage. Others you can barely feel it. During the spa pedicure there is a portion where they put lotion on your legs and wrap them with hot towels. This is the only time

Haven’t been here in a while because usually the staff is kind of rude... decided to try it one more time one of my friends went. got a super cute design it looked good. The lady I had was super aggressive with my hands if you go to the nail salon at least once you know what I mean when I say aggressive, especially the process of putting my hands in the dryer and taking them out.
When around Halloween asked for a ghost... when she was finished with it it looked like the ghost was in the sun for six hours. She knew that they looked bad yet she still charged me full price ( ended up being $55

I would NOT recommended this spot for nails. I went w/ one of my girls today, and was trying to keep an open mind. I wanted to get the powder nails, because I heard those were even better than the gel. This woman had no chair side manner, which I can normally overlook. But when you are flat out rude about asking for waxing, and do a horrible job on the nails??? How are you all still in business? Not only that, but WIPE YOUR FACE before you come out and greet clients. She did my nails with half of her lunch on her face...no lie. Do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere.

Went for a pedicure, only waited a couple minutes, which was fine. Everything went okay until the very end when the woman who was doing my toes, grabbed my hand, looked at the polish, and then told me that she was checking to make sure that I hadn't painted my own nails with their polish. Utterly flabbergasted at such a ridiculous notion... Why would you assume that I had stolen your nail polish and painted my own nails? Ridiculous. Never going back.

I am very pleased with Nail Dimensions. Vivian is awesome! She does a wonderful job on my nails and toes! She takes her time and is very sweet. I went to Vivian for 10 months (moved to Texas) and never had a bad experience with Vivian or the salon.
It's definitely a clean and relaxing spa! I would highly recommend making an appointment. They hold true to their appointments. Miss you Vivian!

I was seen without an appointment this morning for a spa gel pedicure and gel manicure. The technician was professional, used gloves when appropriate, the tools were opened in front of me, the pedicure basin was lined. The spa was clean and busy, good signs. I enjoyed my visit and will be going back. Thanks for the recommendation.

I have been going to this salon for about 8+ years. Let start off by saying I have never left a review and/or complained about service until now. A few years back i would do walk ins and get Vivian a lot. She would rush rush rush. She waxed my eyebrows and wouldn't let me look in the mirror. She didn't plug excess hair that was missed. Going forward I would just request another person. No big deal. Last week I got a pretty young girl that sits all the way in the back next to Vivian. I informed her that my one nail felt like it was lifting. She tried to argue with me saying it was fine

Today was my first time here and I was pleased with my service! I got a gel fill, it was $35 which is about what I pay at other places. Vivian was my nail technician and she did a great job. She was very polite and patient. She took her time but she wasn't too slow at doing my nails either. I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. Some places charge extra for cut downs, and today I was happy to not be charged for something as simple as drilling your nail down a little bit. I would go back here again.
