Our unique approach consistently delivers high quality buildings in a variety of market sectors, exceeding the most demanding expectations. One, Steve Rogers, a Mechanical Engineer from Texas Tech University, was working in Minneapolis, Minnesota for the Stran-Steel Corporation, makers of metal buildings.
We ensure that everyone on our job sites and in the office receives the best training possible, and I'm proud to be part of this corporate initiative. I have been at RO for 12 years and continue to see that management from the top down is genuinely interested in the integrity of our business practices.

Let me tell you i did a job at smu it was a few days the supervisors was the rudest bunch of people i ever met one guy was nice. they claim to be big on safety its all a front. he spotted me come over like he was god. i go to my truck to get item i walk through a cloud of cigarettes and vape i ask so you allow cigarettes and vape and thats not a safety concern he gave me a go to hell look. i was going to use rogers obrein on my ranch but ill never allow this company on my property. i was sick 2 weeks from the cigarette smoke but hey as long as i wear my yellow vest and glasses for the show thats
