Tyler Sprinkler installed a sprinkler system for us. They had a large crew and did the job in two days. The crew was friendly and nice and the layout of the sprinkler system was very good - it was fairly large with a lot of zones. Everything was good except the final filling in of the ditches and the details of cleaning up. I realize that they can't spend endless hours filling in the ditches, but I spent parts of 4 days filling in the ditches and raking dirt out of my grass and into the ditches. Some of the areas around the sprinkler heads weren't even filled in or packed and some of the sprinkler

Frustrated beyond belief. We used them for both our pool and landscaping of our new home. As far as the landscaping, the front yard has several low spots that the sod won’t take because there is standing water there most of the time. They said they would take care of the drainage, but we are having to hire someone else to fix the corner cut job. Also, be careful what your contract says, they told us they would sod about 2/3 of our backyard, but on the contract it just says partial coverage of the backyard. So what should have been 15+ pallets of sod, was only 5. Part of me is glad, because I

After getting multiple quotes we went with Azalea pools because they we owned by Tyler Sprinklers and they addressed our drainage issues. We felt going with a family owned company would be align with us great. In total our job was over $180,000 and they were paid every penny. To date 4/9/2021 (it was quoted as being a 6-8 week job and started 11/1/2020) this company hasn’t finished any part of the project. They require to be paid in advance for all work and hold workers from your job if you ask for some work to be done so you know the job will be finished. We had them sign contracts that they

Just wanted to say how happy we are that we chose Tyler Sprinkler and Landscape to do our landscape and sprinkler work! It was so good to work with Steve as he was very good in not only listening and discussing what we had hoped to achieve but was so instrumental in using his expertise and his polite way of making suggestions regarding the design and method to get the desired results we were looking for.
I am so thankful for their knowledge and all the hard work they put into reaching such a great outcome both aesthetically and functionally!
Crews were very good at everything they did; it was

I want to start by saying that I do not like sink to the level of posting negative reviews - but at the same time, I want to warn others to stay away.
They do okay work, but communication is absolutely terrible. You can not communicate directly with the owner- you must go through his coordinator- responses typically take 2-4 days if you get one back at all.
I had them working on a $12,000 project at my house that was to be split into 2 $6k phases.
They came out and did the first phase with different pavers than we discussed... and they didn’t fix/adjust some of the irrigation that we discussed

First off let me say that I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone! They are very good people with good values, who are honest, communicate effectively, are attentive and boast a team of some of the hardest working men I have ever seen. They all work together like a finely tuned machine, from Wendy to Steve, Mike and all the workers! They are all extremely professional and are second to none. Wendy was able to get us on the schedule a week out, which is unheard of. She was also instrumental in communicating everything, every little question at any time, any day, she would get us a

Ordered a 5ft fence and received a much shorter fence. It was place so far off the ground my Shepard dog could slide under it. The fix was to put a wire fence on the bottom. Look terrible and cheap.
A tree that was planted looked odd. Told it was dormant and wait. It was dead by summer. Told sorry.
The gate that was installed around decking fell down. They want $195 to fix it. Told one of the two seniors living here must have been sitting on it or better yet swinging on it.
Told never to call office again.
They also managed to dig up my drip sprinkler system and break it. They repaired it but

Steve and his crew did 2 landscaping beds in the front of our new house. We were gone on the day they did the work and we got home and it looked incredible. They left everything perfectly clean and fresh looking. Even washed off the drive and sidewalk. Extremely happy with the whole job.

I decided to use this company recently because I wanted someone with a lot of experience with landscaping. Just found out this company has 30+ years of experience! I like a very specific style and shaping of holly trees and learned that they have priority access to these types that other companies can't always get. I also knew I wanted my landscaping to have other bright colorful shrubs and plants. I like diversity of texture and color and I need someone to take my ideas and create a masterpiece! Steve the owner was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. He's ideas help complete the vision

Worst customer service experience in 11 years of home ownership. I've never had a situation that couldn't be resolved. The owner of the company came out and assessed my needs and told me what he was going to send me a quote for. The crew came out and left before I had a chance to review the work. The job (extending gutter downspouts to the end of the yard) wasn't even done halfway. The end of the downspouts are not flush with the ground and the promised pop up emitters were not installed. All of this is fine assuming the owner (Steve) would talk to me and work out a resolution. Since first reporting
