I waited all day for a return call from Taylor. He never called back. I have used him before and he was very slow to respond on that occasion, but I heard nothing back this time. I don't know how he could be in business treating customers this way. I ended up calling another company after waiting 6 hours for a call from Taylor. Horrible customer service!
