We are conveniently located less than a one minute walk from the "North Quincy" red line MBTA station. We have free parking available, there is also street parking as well. Our practice is adjacent to TD Bank. We are in the heart of everything North Quincy has to offer with restaurants, banks, post office, the library, places of worship, and schools all within a short walking distance to our office.
We offer complete in house implant services to our patients in our North Quincy practice. We are pleased to offer a variety of implant services including mini-implants, immediate implants, implant bridges and implant retained overdentures. We provide both implant placement and restorative options in one location.
We encourage routine professional prophylaxis cleaning appointments. By maintaining your professional cleanings we are able to ensure continuous oral health and removal of plaque and deposits before it accumulates to periodontal adverse buildup. This helps to minimize the chance of needing extensive dental work down the road if teeth are long neglected.
Bonding can be done to fix chips on your front teeth or to close the gaps or "diastemas" between your two front teeth. We use a highly esthetic composite resin material that can be polished to obtain a lifelike luster. We match the current shade of your teeth. Many patients choose to lighten their teeth first since bleaching after the procedure will only affect the natural tooth substrate.
Dental crowns or "caps" are an outer shell type product design to reinforce teeth or to create a confident smile. They are designed to reinforce teeth that are cracked, broken down, or have limited natural remaining tooth structure. There are different type of crown materials. Conventional crowns consist of porcelain fused to underlying metal material.

One of the best decisions I have ever made. I have been visiting different EnDo clinics in the past weeks for getting a root canal service. The big-name firms in downtown or Brookline are not providing reasonable service and also keep marketing their expensive 3D scanning, which is not covered insurance. Dr. Fernando is so nice to squeeze me in her busy schedules since my tooth was open by other dentist and I am in pain. Everything was neat.

They all wore exceedingly proper PPE and maintained a very clean office, comfortable for visits during the pandemic. I was a patient of Dr Fernando for fifteen years, both for regular checkups and the occasional dental crisis. I cannot recommend her and her staff sufficiently for their friendliness, kindness, and very high professional competence. Leaving Dr Fernando's care was one of the harder parts of moving away from the Boston area.

Dr.Fernando is a wonderful person and very trustworthy. I have been her patient for 15 years. She makes you feel very comfortable before she starts any work on you. I used to be nervous and scared having any dental work done but since I’ve been dealing with Dr.Fernando she takes you out of your fear. She’s an awesome person, very caring about her work and her patients. Her assistant Stephanie is also nice. They work great together and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Gail and her team are the best! They were able to quickly reschedule my appointment due to the pandemic. When I arrived at my appt I felt comfortable knowing all necessary precautions were being taken to ensure the safety of everyone such as a covid questionnaire, temperature screening, limiting the number of patients in clinic at once, and having staff wear appropriate PPE at all times. The staff were all very friendly and excited to embrace our new normal. I feel very comfortable in returning for my f/u appt in August.

I have been seeing Dr. Fernando for 3 years and I couldn't be more happy with her services. I was previously receiving dentistry and at a very fancy dental franchise but was often overcharged and I was not happy with the results. Dr. Fernando is very honest, personable and this makes it so much easier to come in for dental work. Dr. Fernando is also very flexible and accommodating with her schedule. Her assistant Stephanie is also excellent and on top of everyone's care.

I am new to the city, I was looking for a dentist. I came across Dr. Fernando's office. I was very satisfied with my treatment. I was experiencing severe sensitivity and discomfort in most of my teeth. Dr. Fernando and her team did a very good job.
