I highly recommend Gold Star Reality. My sale was particularly complicated, there were multiple inspections/ showings that had to be scheduled with 4 tenants. In addition I was using a 1031 tax deferment. Linda handled all of it expertly with no issues, and best of all, with no involvement from me. She explained each step in the process and all the potential issues ahead of time and guided me through the process expertly. She not only is a real estate professional but a successful investor as well. Definitely the ideal realtor for any aspiring or current real estate investor.

I will not recommend this realtor agency or broker to anyone. I strongly do not believe they work in the best interest of their clients. I truly believe they work in the sole interest of making the most money for themselves. We had worked out a deal with one of their realtors and instead of keeping us in the loop, they pulled the rug out from under us.
We literally did everything they asked and was willing to work 100% to make the deal happen. They choose to dance circles around us and didn't show any respect to us after we played along to their terms the entire time!
They continued to lie once
