I would HIGHLY recommend Abby Rose. We recently sold our home with her, and she made the process incredibly easy. She was there from the moment we decided to list until closing, helping us with every step and answering all of our questions. Her communication was outstanding; she let us know exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. She even helped by securing contractors for small projects we needed to get done to make our house more marketable. I felt like once we signed our contract with her, I barely had to do anything!
