I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I called at around 12:20AM because I got locked out of my house and I waited 40 minutes for a call back. They never called back and I Had to call them back and they told me their technician had said they already called me. Luckily I called another lock smith prior to calling them again. The other technician from another company actually called back and will be here shortly. Do not call these people if you’re in need of emergency services because they couldn’t care any less about your business.

I needed a new lock on my door, so I reached out to South Pasadena Lock for a quote. The service was excellent, and they were very knowledgeable. They walked me through every step of the way, gave me a new front door lock, and left my home in great condition. Very good service and would definitely recommend.

Great service! The locksmith was on time and very efficient. It didn't take long for him to repair our broken lock. Our old keys still worked with it, and we're happy that we didn't have to spend much to get everything fixed.
