Great customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone who is having lock issues. My car door lock broke so I got the replacement part and had Lock Me Locksmith make the new part work with my original key set. They got it done really quick within that same day and even held the part overnight since I couldn't get it the same day. People in there are so nice and did great work.

He was able to replace the lock on our front door with a Keyless lock, rekey our security door and cut a lock off leftover from the previous tenant of our new home. All the while talking and educating us on locksmithing and even giving great recommendations to improve our home security. Was able to pay w/ Venmo as well. Highly Recommended. 10/10

This place is criminal. I moved into a new house and had to get the locks re-keyed. That was all I had asked for when I called the service desk to have someone sent out, when the technician arrived I had showed him all of the doors that needed re-keying and asked for two locks to be replaced to something else. I knew that would bump up the price a little bit but at that point I had ONLY approved the re-keying and the service to two locks. I was in the house the entire time the technician was there as I was just moved in and there had been no other conversation or talks of doing anything else to

The whole experience from start to finish was as simple and pleasant as a situation like this could possibly be.
I placed the call at roughly 9 PM on a Thursday, a friendly girl took down all my information and notified me that the locksmith would be on his way to my house.
