I write reviews for two reasons. Either because it would be a disservice to my fellow man to do business there or that it would be a pleasure. My experience was the latter. From the initial phone call to the farewell, I was treated with professionalism and respect.
Both co-owners that I met treated me like we've known each other for a long time. Currently with racial tensions rising, I was still very comfortable to be there around two white owners and his crew, and nothing felt forced & fake. I am not white and I felt that I was treated like a nephew.

Its a real shame when a great experience is ruined. I came here 8 months ago for a replacement quarter window. Owner was very flexible and accommodating, did the work quickly and returned my car to me faster than expected. A couple of days ago I discovered the window was leaking so I called up Star and they told me to stop by.
After finding the source of the leak the owner says "no problem wait in the office ill have you outta here in 15 minutes". That's when I begin to worry. He goes onto peel back the headliner and caulk around the window from the inside. In the process he gets caulk all over

What a great place. No wonder it’s 5 stars on reviews. They were able to replace hard to find glass on a rare sports car. The job was done flawlessly. Excellent pricing. Other glass places told me that they did not want to do the job because the car was difficult to work on being very rare and expensive.
