The agency was founded in 1990 by Jon Strotheide. With over 35 years in the entertainment industry working in both casting and talent, Jon continues to helm the agency today.

I was a client of JS for 6 or 7 years. I went out a lot. I booked too. My only problem, and it only takes one. I caught Jon floating my money. Let me explain. First off, I booked a great commercial and I was making some really good money. According to SAG rules, he has 30 days to pay me once he receives checks on my behalf. There is also a time-line for which production companies are required to pay for projects. Anyway, I only found out that he was floating checks b/ca I was working in the office and found a check stub for around $2400 which I found by total accident. I was searching
