First of all, I NEVER do online reviews because I feel it hurts local business' but this really disappointed me.
I called Monday and made an appointment for Friday (their soonest availability) to install a gas line for our grill, which we purchased there. Called Thursday to confirm appointment for 11am the next day and told them to please call me if they were running late as I am leaving work for our appointment. Get to the house at 11, by 11:15, still no one. Called to ensure they were on the way and was told he has already left. By 11:25, still no one. Called again and the gentleman said he
