I would not recommend this group, which is basically a husband and wife team, for any investigations if you want unbiased, accurate, and truthful results. At a cost to the Washington state tax payers of $100,000-$120,000, they conducted what basically is a witchhunt in a very partisan, biased, untruthful, incomplete, lazy and shoddy manner. They failed to interview key witnesses that would have exonerated the subject because they had a narrative to please their clients, the Washington state Democrats. In the report they stated that the subject had not done anything wrong or committed any crimes

Interested to understand how a reportedly “professional research group” could come to a conclusion completely opposite of actual judiciary findings. At the tune of $120k in tax payers money that was not approved for expenditure mind you. In three weeks time, a private citizen was able to interview actual witnesses to the events and write a factual based report that blew the doors off the Rampart Group. When this all comes to light, this company will be exposed for being puppets to the left.
