A certified federal and state court arbitrator and mediator, he also provides dispute-resolution services for business and securities conflicts, as well as for financial disagreements large and small.
Karamvir K. Dhaliwal is an associate attorney at Bender Law, PLLC. Karamvir has been with Bender Law since 2017, where she first began as a legal intern. Since 2017, she has worked closely with Rachel Bender and assisted on various complicated family law trials. Karamvir has taken the lead and assisted on matters involving dissolutions with children, parenting plans, and cases with domestic violence.

Please know that this attorney John A. Bender when I went to get his help in a child abuse case would not listen to anything I had to say. Rather, he decided to protect the people in the system who had done the abuse. Instead of helping me, he ended up harassing me when I was pregnant and almost caused a miscarriage. I will not rest until the truth about him is known. Avoid Bender Law PLLC at all costs.

My family and I went to Bender Law for our estate planning and family will. My husband and I knew we needed to get our estate and will done for the safety of our child's welfare if anything were to happen to us. We met Rachel Bender through our PEPS group (her daughter and our son are just 2 weeks apart in age) and we knew that she would be perfect in helping us secure our son's future.

Withdrew from a case of mine,no day in court,the truth of the case,never before a judge,legal errors from what I am told,cost me thousands,and I NOW have a judgement against me,for opposing counsels fees.A Senior citizen,who cannot recover from a legal travesty.Never again,never.No new counsel who looked into the case would take it.Had to represent myself,we all know what they say about that.

Rachel is FANTASTIC. I'm in my thirties and felt it was time to have a will put together. Rachel asked questions that helped me get to the root of exactly how I needed it worded, was incredibly easy to talk to, and put together a directive that made sense not only to me but that I was able to explain to my executor. She even made sure that my dog was covered should something happen to me (knock on wood!). I can't recommend Rachel enough and she'll be my first call for any law questions or needs in the future. People don't usually use the words "compassionate" and "lawyer" in the same sentence, but...well....here I go!
Seriously, though, Rachel Bender of Bender Law is the most compassionate lawyer/person ever. She handles mostly Estate Law and works with families and couples of all kinds with opens arms. If you need any help at all with a will, trust or anything in-between, she is the one to call.
