Let me start off by saying that I was hesitant to hire Gordon after reading the reviews. My husband ad I sat down with him and he assured us that our needs would be met. We hired him to install a pool, hot tub, and waterfall. I had three crews that we hired to do the pool, concrete and fencing. The part that was stressful was trying to get everyone in sync.
The process was longer than I expected due to weather and other unforeseen events, but it was finally completed. The pool turned out prettier than we could have wished for. Gordon was super nice and easy to work with. His company drew the

I hate the fact that I can't give negative stars. If I could I would. This is by far the absolute worst contractor I have ever met and hired in my entire life. Please save your self the headache. Gordon Johnson is the owner of the company. He is on point up until right after you sign contracts. After that good luck trying to get a hold of him or getting him to stick to any kind of schedule. Our spa was supposed to be completed by indepencence day and its almost August and we are still waiting on cosmetic details to be completed. We are very happy with the pool Gordon built for us. It looks very beautiful and the kids love it. People always comment on how beautiful the design is. Gordon has been responsive to ongoing issues which is very important to me. We currently have a broken heater which falls under warranty and he was able to get someone out the same week.
