My wife and I were a little concerned, since we had a party planned for the next evening. My wife was wondering why the pool was not looking so good. She had literally just finished saying that, when we heard our side gate open. It was Jack from Aqua Pool. We had never seen him here before, and it wasn't our regular pool service day.

We have used Aqua Pool for many years and have been delighted with their service. They come on time every week and leave the pool looking clean and sparkling. Although I'm no expert on pool equipment costs, for any extra repairs the pricing for materials and labor always seems fair. Best of all they have been quick to respond to any problems or special requests.

This is our first summer using using Aqua Pool and our pool is green all week for the third time so far. Adam (owner?manager?) is always very polite and deals with the situation but we should not have multiple episodes of a green pool. There seems to be a disconnect between the service tech and our contact person, Adam. We have never had so many problems in past years.
