My son was diagnosed with little leaguers elbow and suffered for a year. We put him in a cast, did basic therapy, and rested for 2 seasons of baseball. He went back to pitching and his elbow was still hurting and swelling. We were frustrated and completely lost on what to do. We had an orthopedic recommend RPM. We took him to a consult with Jonathan and he was able to identify areas of weakness in his body that was contributed to his elbow issue. We worked with Jonathan and his team and he is now pain free and able to pitch without any issues. RPM provides personal attention and personalized treatment

With every pregnancy (this is my 3rd) I have had major back pain and joint problems that made it incredibly hard to walk. I tried chiropractic care, but it was always a temporary fix and the pain would come back just a day or two later. Trying to take care of 2 kids while being pregnant, I knew I needed to try something different. I am SO thankful I found RPM! Before RPM, I could hardly walk without my leg feeling like it was popping out of place. I couldn’t go up or down the stairs to put my kids to bed because my leg would give out and I would almost fall down the stairs in such pain. I couldn’t

I would highly recommend RPM physical therapy! RPM has very professional staff! They figure out what is best for each individual, and don’t treat you in a “cookie cutter” style. The owner Jonathan is an amazingly talented and gifted therapist. Megan is also very very good! I absolutely loved working with their trainers, especially Allison who was very focused on me as an individual!

I have had rheumatoid arthritis for 16 years. After breaking a hip 2 years ago, I have embarked on a specific healing journey. I had reached an impasse with my exercising techniques and was still experiencing extensive muscle and joint pain. The RPM team has been extremely helpful in my healing journey. Jonathan is an exceptional PT and the best one I’ve encountered. He understands where in the body pain originates, he knows which exercises will address the pain, and he rightly insists on proper form in exercising. He’s very knowledgeable and educates you about your body as he performs HANDS

Jonathan Ruzicka and his team at RPM are the best in the business. I would like to personally thank the entire staff (i.e., Flavia, Brielle, and Megan) for their professionalism and expertise. Megan Waters is a phenomenal talent in the PT field and exhibits this through her patience, knowledge, and communication.
I encourage anyone who is in the midst of an injury, that may require surgery, to meet with this group first. Jonathan and Megan are the best at identifying the root cause and and providing each patient a tailor-made plan to facilitate their recovery. If your physical wellness is a priority

I started seeing Jonathan back in February as my back and hip had gotten so bad I was using a walker at 60 years old. The pain was so excruciating! RPM was recommended to me by a friend who had had great results from Jonathan and his staff. I have been to many different physical therapists over the years with no success. Not only are they the best in the business but they care deeply about their patients. Jonathan and Megan are extremely knowledgeable about treatments for whatever is causing your pain and work hard to get you relief. Flavia keeps everything running smoothly! Communication is always

Last year 2020 I was injured in Afghanistan. When I met John I could barley walk. I spent most of the time in a recliner or a walker. After a few months I upgraded to a cane and a few months after that I was walking in my own. Now I can walk, run, and do many things the doctors said I will never do. You looking for a good PT call John or Flavia. All I can say is thanks for all the hard work and making me believe I can do it.

I was dealing on my own with very aggravating tennis elbow for several months with minimal improvement. At my initial meeting, Jonathan set my expectations for recovery and designed a plan including manual therapy, mobility/stability work, and strength exercises. Not only is the tendonitis gone, but I have more shoulder and thoracic mobility than I’ve had in 10-15 years. While some of the manual therapy was mildly painful, I looked forward to the sessions because I knew that I would leave with a better understanding of my own body and postural habits that were likely contributors to my issues

From beginning to end a top notch professional team to work with. Flavia was wonderful at helping start the process with initial consultation and continues to be supportive. Jonathan has helped me to be able to walk without pain through therapy and mobility exercises and stretches. And Nick continues to kick my butt weekly through training sessions. I've worked with other trainers in the past, but he tweaks every little movement to keep everything in line. Cannot recommend more. Wish there was a 6 star rating!

I have had shoulder issues for as long as I can remember and I have been to physical therapy a number of times and in a number of states. I can say without hesitation that RPM has been the best place for physical therapy that I have attended. I’ve been to place that work you in while they are attending to three or four other patients. Not at RPM, the attention is one on one and the focus is entirely on you. I’ve been to places that listen to you for a few minutes and then jump right into exercises. Not a RPM, they not only listen to you but they go beyond by asking pointed questions to understand
