My experience with Chad and his team were extremely positive. I had appointments I was late for, and appointments I had to cancel late. They worked with me in every way possible. I had therapy three days a week for two months. I am very pleased with the care I was given. I never felt rushed or that I didn't get enough treatment during any session. Also, he changed up the exercises between sessions so I wasn't just doing the same movements every session. My knees and my quality of life are definitely better for the treatment provided by Chad and his team. I recommend them for your physical therapy

I have never had a physical therapy ask me not to come back after canceling twice! I guess this place doesn’t understand that sometimes work or funds may play a part in making it there. I am so disappointed with this situation. I would suggest to look for a place with better understanding with real people problems.
