The staff at Lonestar were absolutely wonderful during my husband’s passing and subsequent cremation. From the very beginning of a terminal diagnosis they walked me through every step of the planning with sympathy and kindness. What mattered most to me was that my dear husband upon his death was treated with the utmost dignity. I can’t thank Roy and his team enough for helping us through a difficult time with such tender care. You all are a blessing!

Worst experience. My first experience with cremation and the staff was very cold, rude. Had me jumping through hoops for nothing. Was promised a wooden urn by the owner due to me voicing my opinion about the service I was given by the two femals working there. Picked up my Mom today and I pray it is actually my Mom. And the owner lied about the urn. My Mom was returned in the Box I paid for.

I've been through this process several times with different companies and never really had any issues. First let me say, the people are nice but I feel like we fell through the cracks on a few things that caused a long delay in our creamation. I feel like it was a 50/50 issue, 50% was on Lone Star and the other issue was the Dr. sigining off on the death. My experience is that, I felt like the creamation company should've done a quicker job on follow up getting the proper information started with the Dr. signing off instead of waiting 10 days for them to respond. I had to call the Dr's myself after

This was such an easy experience during such a difficult time. They updated me throughout the entire process and were very helpful. They answered every question that we had and made everything very easy. They worked with my hospice company very well and also did amazing with keeping all of the death certificates from getting wrinkled in the mail. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I used Lone Star Cremation last month to take care of my Dad's cremation. I couldn't have asked for better service than what their whole team provided. You can take care of the entire process online, including payment. They promptly picked up the body as requested from another funeral home that was going to charge me 3 times the price. I would highly recommend these folks to take care of any cremation needs.

They are very, very (can't say very enough) friendly. I was able to do all the paperwork from work, the process was very easy depending on the circumstances. Very professional and discreet. They worked with me and helped me take care of an elderly friend that passed away after his family gave both me and then the run around. 100% will I recommend them to anyone looking for cremation services.

Loan Star Cremation made the process very easy. I was able to do everything remotely. When I had questions I was able to call and talk to someone right away. They made the process in a hard time easier then I thought it would be. The staff there was very helpful with every step. I would use them again when the time arises.

These wonderful people made the emotionally difficult time of my Mother's passing much easier. Even though I had her cremation planned prior to her passing, they allowed me the opportunity to change my mind about things. The cremation was done at my mother's request, but this experience has convinced us to request these services when our time comes.
